Stayed Sep 5, 2025The Maverick was the perfect spot for our weekend in Fayetteville. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to Dickson Street and the university campus. The property was spotless and very well maintained, and our host was incredibly responsive, replying within minutes anytime we had a question. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book The Maverick again in the future.

Stayed Aug 9, 2024Great location but if noise will bother you at night you might reconsider, but so fun to walk to bars and restaurants. It was perfect for us! There was no coffee provided (no pods) which was a big dissapointment.

Stayed May 24, 2024The location was perfect! Walking distance to the Farmer’s Market and numerous restaurants and bars. The apartment is very comfortable and well maintained. I will check for availability every time I visit from now on.

Stayed May 17, 2024Group of four 60+ year olds. Coffee drinkers. Not enough pods for four people two days. I drink the decaf so I just passed. I heard some complaints about the toilet paper. Other than that the place was great.
