What an amazing location! Quiet and close to just about everything. The host was very easy to reach and made sure we had everything we needed

Cons:An issues was check in took a little long due to some technical difficulties with the lock. Otherwise the place wasnt as clean as it qas said to be, theres spots in the floors that are a bit beat up, the ceiling in the bathroom has a lot of moisture to it. One of the shower heads didnt work either and a part was missing where you turn the water on. There was also a lot of noise from the people using the space upstairs. Warning also, the cupboards and microwave are very high and being 5'3 i couldnt see all the way in the microwave or reach it well.Pros: It really wasnt to awful to stay in the sheets and bathroom seemed to be cleaned well.The beds were comfortable. We were also very close to a lot of restaurants and activities like the newport aquarium. The was also a really sweet older cat that was outside seemed like a neighborhood cat. Overall for it being around 100 a night I expected better but it was still a nice stay.

Everything was very easy — easy to access, clean, and with clear instructions. If we had any questions or needed anything, it was taken care of quickly. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was exactly as pictured and described. The host always returned communication promptly if not immediately. On street parking was never an issue almost always allowing us to park right in front. The street is very quiet with very light traffic. Very comfortable here. Check out check list was simple and easy. Planning a return trip in November for Grandson's first birthday and hope to stay here again.

This was a great place to stay -- central to the attractions we wanted to see such as the Ark Encounter and Cincinatti Zoo.

When we started to plan our trip to NKY for a friend’s wedding, the nearby hotel prices were astronomical for our budget. This rental gave us more room and a place to wash baby bottles that wasn’t a tiny hotel bathroom sink!

We enjoyed our stay at your VRBO. The location between the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum was convenient. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. It would be nice to add a trash can and mirror in the bedroom. Thanks for providing ways to connect with our host if necessary. Checking out was easy with few demands on our time.

Visited Cincinnati for the weekend to attend the music festival. The location is nice and close to restaurants and bars. Paycor Stadium is about an eight minute drive. The host needs to provide more washcloths. Our reservation was for two people for three nights. Three total washcloths were provided. Everything else was great.

The home is clean and was exactly as advertised. We easily crossed the river into Cincinnati to watch the Reds, enjoyed Downtown Covington as well. We’ll definitely stay here again
