Nashville, Tennessee
Renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo, with unobstructed views of the Cumberland River. Enjoy being walking distance from iconic Downtown Broadway (1 mile.)
Things to consider before booking with us:
Our sleeping accommodations are:
-1 Queen bed
-1 queen La-Z-Boy sleeper sofa
-Our kitchen is fully stocked with all the basics.
-Due to unforeseen allergies we do not provide shampoo or conditioner.
-Due to the unforeseen allergies of our future guests we do not permit pets to stay in the unit (even, older well behaved, crated ones.)
-We are a condo unit, located on the second floor so we do share walls and have units above and below us. If you are sensitive to muffled sounds please be aware of our configuration BEFORE booking.
-We are located in Downtown Nashville and advise our guests to use the same level of caution they would in any other metro area. We do not have control over construction or the homeless. A majority of our past guests have felt comfortable walking Downtown but future guests may not. Everyone has their own comfort level and we advise you to use caution as you see fit. Uber and Lyft services are available.
-The Riverfront Condo Complex does not have any elevators.
-In some cases, we may be able to allow for early check-ins. However, we do not guarantee this unless you have prearranged an early check-in during your booking process.
-Late check-outs need to prearranged prior to your reservation being confirmed. Our calendar books so far in advance that we need to be able to coordinate our cleaners accordingly.
-Our lock system is a smart lock with a coded entry. All welcome info will go out the week leading up to your stay.
-In an effort to keep our cleaning fee low we do ask our guests to handle some minor things upon check out: loading and starting dishwasher, placing used towels in the tub, emptying all garbage and taking it to the communal dumpster on the far end of the parking garage.

The experience was just as listed! The unit was well put together and the location was perfect. Even the noise from the unit above was real
The little condo was in a great location, close to everything (within 10-15 minutes). Loved the river view. It's a 3-story complex and this one is on the second floor. The only issue, though not any fault of the ownership. Is the neighbor directly upstairs was very rude. Walking heavily across the floor at all hours of the night (Saturday night at 3:15 am) dropping heavy objects on the floor multiple times. Not sure if the people were residents or renters but just found it rude.
Very small, but ok for husband/wife. Decorated nicely. This seems to be an older unit & it was clean except I wasn't happy with the bathroom. Sufficiently stocked for a long weekend, but if you were staying longer probably not. No elevator (2nd level). We felt safe in the area & Lyft was quick to arrive (it is too far to walk into downtown). Condo above was loud, but overall the noise level wasn’t bad for the facility. The unit had poor lighting so it was hard to find a good place to apply makeup. Nice view of the river from back patio. Keurig coffee maker, so bring k-cups if you are a coffee drinker. If you are sensitive to light the bedroom may bother you because at night there is a light that shines into the room. The sound machine was nice when sleeping.
We enjoyed the place and view. It was clean minus the floors. Overall we would come back!
The condo was clean and ready at check in. That is about where the positives stopped. The noise from hearing people walking in the above units was extremely loud. It sounded like the ceiling was going to fall in. I’m not sure if there were was a track meet or a mini horse running around all night. The noise didn’t stop until 3 in the morning. Needless to say we only stayed one night of our two night reservation and got a nearby hotel. When I messaged the owner the next morning about our complaints and experience there was no response. I would have expected the owner to try and make it right but didn’t. I hate leaving bad reviews on anything but renters should be aware. Very disappointed in this rental and would not recommend.
This place was exactly as advertised. Perfect for just two people that want to experience Nashville and not be right down on Broadway.
10/10 would recommend to anyone. Felt like a safe neighborhood. Condo was clean. Germantown is a neat neighborhood.
Good location, would book it again! Great city!
Overall the property was very good. The bed was comfortable, the water pressure was excellent, and the towels and linens were high-quality. The kitchen was well equipped. Our only negative comment is that you can hear the people on either side, and those above walking on the floor. The floors above are a bit creaky so if you get someone above who is up late or arises early, it is noticeable and can keep a light sleeper awake.
