    This place was great . It work well gFor our boys trip. The only down sudecwas no air fryer and the second bedroom has a two doubles which would be nice to have a bunk bed and one double but as a whole I would rent it again all day long

    We were greeted with unpleasant food smells as soon as we walked in that strongly lingered the entire time we were there. We found it seeped into our hair and clothes as well and couldn’t get rid of it with opening windows or air fresheners. This was the biggest drawback of the property. The condo is worn and dated and in need of some maintenance. There was also a cleanliness issue with stains on furniture, bedding and walls. A very dingy shower curtain, water stain spots on ceilings etc. What we did like was the location of the unit. It was close to the parking lot and to the pool area. We appreciated the complimentary park passes. Beds were fine and we liked that there were two per room. Overall was ok but we all agreed we wouldn’t go back until some updates are done and cleanliness standards raised.

    Upon arrival, we were stuck outside for 10 minutes. The door lock wouldn't work. Then, the sofa bed was broken so we had to sleep on the floor! Maintenance came but did not fix it so we had to sleep on the floor again! The property management group promised a 20% refund over a month ago and now they will not give it - they lie and just keep your $ instead of doing what they said they would do. NOT IMPRESSED with being lied to.

    We enjoyed our stay very much! The kitchen was very well, equipped! We were delighted because we cooked in the unit one night. The beds were super comfy! Unfortunately, though the fold out couch is terribly uncomfortable. It is OK to sit on but not a viable bed. Also in the one bedroom, there are two double beds, and in the second bedroom, there’s one queen bed and it’s single bed. It would be quite squishy for the nine people it says it can accommodate. We would absolutely stay again though! The hot tub and pool a real asset! We will just cross our fingers that the fold out couch would be replaced before we stay there again.

    No problems at all checking in and communicating with the host. Clean renovated unit with good use of furniture, large tv and well stocked kitchen. We love Mystic Springs. Not the hosts' fault but the hot tub was out of commission which is a bummer because that's part of the reason why we booked the property and what is advertised on the listing. Pool was still open which was nice on a hot sunny day but cold otherwise.
