With over 900 sq ft of thoughtfully designed space, the Jetsons Sunset Penthouse feels more like three studio apartments sharing a stunning, pie-shaped layout with nearly 400 sq ft of wraparound lanai. Originally part of a swanky urban hotel, it still holds that iconic “Old Hawai‘i” charm — now paired with sleek, modern upgrades. Free onsite parking for one vehicle in our dedicated parking stall is included.

Eachof the two primary guest rooms is a self-contained suite with its own ensuite bath and private entry, separated by a stylish open-concept living area and chef’s kitchen. Floor-to-ceiling sliders open onto the breezy lanai, perfect for entertaining, lounging, or simply soaking in the skyline and fireworks.

The fully equipped kitchen features a bespoke full-size fridge, electric stove with built-in air fryer, hidden drawer-style dishwashers, and a complete coffee station. Dine outdoors at the weatherproof picnic table and catch sunset cocktails or sunrise coffee — or both. Why choose

Brand-new triple-zone split A/C minis let each guest control their comfort independently, or enjoy natural trade winds through vintage jalousie windows. Every room includes floor-to-ceiling motorized blackout curtains for comfort and privacy.

**Please note, this is a historic building and there is a flight of stairs from the elevator on the 20th floor to the secured 21st penthouse floor. If you or your party have physical challenges, allow me to answer any questions. It is not wheelchair accessible or it will require assistance at the very least. The privacy and views are worth the effort but anyone with physical challenges should be aware of the stairs. I do have a photo in the listing photos.

    Carren was an excellent host! She is very responsive and truly cares about your experience! The condo is so nice and has everything you need for your stay. The balcony is what makes this penthouse stand out. It is massive and has plenty of seating. We sat out here several times each day and evenings. Has views of the city and of the water. We only had one mishap with parking but Carren has since added the parking details to the information page that includes directions to get the keys and the condo. Everyone in the building is very nice. Location is PERFECT for access to Ala Moana shopping, Don Quiote, WalMart, Sam's, public park, beach and more. Everything is in walking distance! Area is safe. Would highly recommend staying the at the Jetsons sunset penthouse!

    The views were great. There was some noise with construction going on in the area and ems sirens. The place was clean with very little issues. When we did have an issue the host was very responsive back to us. Would use again.

    Check in and check out was relatively easy. Parking was a little hard at first to find. Host was easy to reach out to most of the time and easygoing. The place was clean and only a few minor hiccups during the stay. However, the bathroom towels do feel like blankets when drying yourself, so if you prefer other types of towels bring your own! They do have some beach stuff, such as umbrellas and chairs which were very useful. It is a bit of a hassle that the slow elevator doesn’t go all the way to the floor you need to go to, requiring a flight of stairs every time you leave or enter. The place was pretty central and close to the beach as well as close to a couple grocery stores, like Don Quijote or Walmart in walking distance.

    The penthouse was great: the space, location, amenities, kitchen supplies. Beach is really close especially if you walk through the mall. Sunsets from lanai are beautiful! Would definitely recommend. Thank you for a beautiful stay!

    Perfect location and absolutely amazing property. You can’t get a better view of both Diamond Head and the ocean on the lanai. The property has been renovated so all the beds, bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen is very upgraded and most of all comfortable. The location is walking distance to everything you need but the best part is that it’s not in the craziness of the Waikīkī but close enough to Ala Moana and all other great spots to visit. Don’t hesitate to book this property, Carren our host was great and very responsive!

    The Jetsons rental property in Honolulu, Hawaii is a very pleasant place to stay. The location is very close to Ala Moana Shopping Center and the Ala Moana Beach. The unit is very clean and decorated to match the theme. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, the lanai is quite large with great views. The kitchen is well appointed as were the bathrooms. Overall a very good value and I would recommend.
