    Girlfriends trip to Phoenix X, always an amazing experience. Our condo was near elevators and parking garage so that was a plus. Beautiful views of the ocean. Lots of cooking utensils, not a lot of barware, So, if you like to mix cocktails, you’ll need to bring your own. Rules have gotten pretty stringent here, so you must abide by them at all times, or will get a phone call or a knock on the door from management, but, to keep the place nice, I understand why they do this. We like coming here because of its proximity to Flora/Bama and afternoon live music on the beach. A great stay overall( if you don’t have intrusive nearby renters like we did staying next to us)

    overall we were satisfied. however, no remote for the tv in front bedroom worked (there were several). coffee pot had used coffee grinds left in it. would have liked an extra blanket per bed...comforters were thin.

    The place was nice just needs a little extra cleaning and the tub in the master bedroom needs to be unclogged we had to share the front shower. The ice maker needs to be replaced makes noise all night long. Would stay here again

    The condo itself is great; exactly as advertised and photographed. The gulf view is stunning; great layout & space for the 4 of us. Everything in good shape. But we had issues with the Phoenix X property in general- the staff seem tired and put-out; elevator did not stop at our 12th floor so we had to get off one floor up and walk down. Because of Hurricane Sally, roof repairs were being done this week (extremely loud and jarring- noise began at 7:30 am until complaints were made.) Brett/ Robinson did not advise us about roof repairs until 3 days before our stay (and never told us ahead of time that the outdoor pool and social area is under construction and therefore unavailable.) I would suggest condo owners make some noise to BR; they/ we deserve better treatment. Overall, we were in desperate need of a getaway after this year of Covid; we had a lovely time and were not going to let anything get in our way of enjoying our vacation. :)

    As normal the location was outstanding for the weekend. However, for the price this out dated unit was ridiculous. Although, most of your time is spent on the beach is nice to come in to a comfortable living space. The ice maker did not work. The service tech came up and said he fixed it, but not another piece of ice was made during our trip. We had to go buy bags of ice. The dishwasher was not secured down and moved around with just a slight touch. There was throw up outside our door that stayed there most of the morning we were checking out. Hate to be rude, but for $2000 plus for a 3 night stay was very disappointing.
