Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When I arrived, one side of the kitchen sink was full of dirty water and there was a used towel in the other side. Three of the five light bulbs in the fixture over the table were out. In the master bathroom, one whole fixture had bulbs that were out. I did not contact the rental company while I was there (only a two night stay) because I didn't want to be bothered with people coming in and out. After my stay, when I contacted them with these issues, the response was all of the things I should have done, not even an I'm sorry. Customer service doesn't seem to be a priority. The balcony was great with a lovely view of the ocean and the pool was very nice.

My bed needed an up grade other than that our stay was lovely...

We had stipends staying on the same property and their units were all much nicer.

My condo was at the top on the 13th floor. The view was nice. Time for an upgrade on the furniture and TVs. But other than that no complaints.

Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed the 60+ degree weather, dissappointed by the level of street sounds which made conversing on our private terrace next to impossible we were on the 13th floor. Various things that were broken or not working; garbage disposal, outlets, and missing or broken light bulbs. I guess I believed these problems had already been reported so I said nothing. There were spills that I cleaned up that were obvious yet ignored by your cleaning service.The beds were comfortable. The sofa and other living room chairs were not and they were stained and cushions sank in too deep because of excess wear. No one had to sleep on the pull out sofa but can only imagine the mattress was in poor condition by how much the sofa sank when it was used for seating. The outdoor patio furniture also needed updating. Ours were hard wooden bar stools or low wooden lounges and no outdoor table except a small side table. For the cost of the rental I was expecting better amenities.

Reviewer Comments: We had to evacuate from Hurricane Michael from the Florida Panhandle. I called BBRR in search for a condo and they went above and beyond to try to find a place for us to continue our vacation at. When we arrived the condo was nice and well kept. It had everything we needed to enjoy the rest of our trip.

Reviewer Comments: Can't believe it didn't have any cloths hangers, no hair dryer, not even salt & pepper shakers, no cleaning material (Windex, something) talking $10.00 worth of things, noisey out in balcony, dirty (the coffee pot still had a moldy used filter), the fixtures to turn on water were falling off, bed had plastic covers which made you sweat, no comfort chairs on balcony (put low chairs to relaxx - not bar stools which were too high for older people). One weekend a family next door woke me up because they were locked out, at 5:30 am and noisy the whole time.I could have bought better furniture at Goodwill.
