Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Legacy several times and this is our favorite unit. Our reservation agent (Susan Speed) is the best! We did have a few glitches such as a missing tv remote and a coffee maker that died while we were there, but the maintenance guys were prompt, polite, and kept us informed about the status of their work. There was quite a bit of hair on the shower wall in one bathroom when we arrived. That didn’t cause us a problem at all, but shouldn’t have been there. Some of the living room furniture is showing wear but was still quite functional and served our purpose well. The beds were very comfortable. The view is amazing. We will return!

Reviewer Comments: I have serval complaints but i did enjoy our stay but condo needs a lot of attention was very disappointed with our check in also so hear is what i got to say! When i arrived at the gate the guard had none of my information so caused a backup at gate i also had another condo under my bride he had no information on hers neither after i showed him all my emails he called someone and they did confirm my stay but he got upset with them because they not getting him the information! There was access codes at every door to get to gym, pool etc i was never givin any information on codes except my room door one but those were different codes so had to go back to guard to find out but he didn’t want to give them to me really but after another call to someone i was given one to my building but not gym one it’s different code there! Then we get in our condo which is one u listed here everything is old curtain roses falling down when we opened them, lamp shades in bedroom falling off not attached, mirrors in bathroom in terrible shape, ice box door would hardly not close, then the ac problem it’s lock on 75 degrees which made it very hot in back bedrooms tried to set a little lower but was locked at 75 now front bedroom was cold but not back very hot for my guest to sleep, beds in back room was very hard my quest had backache now if i would of been staying longer i would of called to be moved but we made the best of it but would not recommend this unit until it has a lot of work to update it the baseboard has chipped paint it just looks in bad shape! But overall we will be back nice place close to everything but not unit 701 ! My niece had unit 1301 very nice condo we will definitely request that one again! I won’t blast yall on Facebook but definitely wanted to tell yall of issues!

The unit was clean and light and breezy.Our family will come back for sure!The only two improvements that could be made, better kitchen supplies like oven mitts, serving utensils etc.The outdoor table was not clean or the patio and there’s playdoh stuck into the outdoor table.These were minor and we managed and had an absolutely amazing time!!

Floors were not clean whatsoever (keep in mind we are responsible for the above average cleaning fee). Had to walk around with shoes, otherwise the bottom of your feet would be black in minutes. Couldn't let kids play on floors because of how filthy they were. A/c was sub par. Temperature never cooled below 74 degrees. Drains in bath tubs were extremely slow....you were ankle deep in water by the time you finished showering. Refrigerator and freezer doors would not stay closed. Furniture was stained and dirty. Had to buy pots and pans because of the poor quality of those in the condo. Overall, this was the dirtiest, least furnished condo we have ever stayed in. The nice view and good location of this place was the only positive....not usually one to complain, but the dirtiness and poor furnishings will keep us frlm ever renting here again.

We had a great time! Security was super helpful in getting us an extra parking pass and providing us with our gate and amenity codes. Condo was very clean, except for the floors (left our feet/socks black). Kids loved the pools and the short walk to the beach. Loved how each room has a bathroom. Had to call customer service for a toilet issue- they answered right away and fixed the problem with in a few hours. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Loved the condo plenty of space for our party of nine, we traveled with for adults to 13 year olds to 10 year old and one 5 year old. The owner was quick to answer questions via text even questions about other beaches to visit close by. The view was very beautiful. Easy to get around at the condo and go down to either Pool which were always clean. We never heard any noise above or below even though we were on the seventh floor, not related to the condo the beaches were disappointing due to the low tide, quality of the water and smell, I have been to many beaches in Gulf Shores, the dunes in Indiana, Carolinas, and so on, these were by far the worst, as almost no one swam. The entire time we were there a few people were in up to their knees. What I wish I would've known before going was at the ferry to take you to the beautiful island that has wonderful beaches is quite expensive and class between $30-$40 depending on children or adults. The condo it's closeness two places to eat fun restaurants on the beach such a Shaggy’s was all great! We just wish we had an easier beach to hop in and enjoy during our stay
