The Old Fashioned is a cozy historic space with exposed red brick walls, soaring high ceilings, original hardwood floors, woodwork and doors. There are two decorative marble fireplaces, beautiful cherry wood kitchen with counter seating and high end furnishings. The extra-large bath with shower, soaking tub and double vanities are a guest's delight.
The Kentucky Mule has an urban modern vibe. The large bedroom has 2 comfy queens, original hardwood floors and a large walk-in closet. A spacious living area features an ultra chic living room with high end furnishings including daybed and trundle for larger groups plus a dedicated work space for school or business travelers. And the modern Euro-style kitchen with ample counters is stocked.
Both suites have laundry areas with new washers / dryers. All amenities and furniture are brand new and selected for a comfortable stay. Coffee Maker and Coffee included. 4K Smart TVs with YouTube TV for local and cable channels as well as your favorite streaming accounts. Guests will have combined access to both suites with a keyless door lock. Cleaning supplies are available for your convenience. Ample off-street secure parking available in Nulu Marketplace parking lot off Main Street.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was very clean, spacious, comfortable beds, excellent communication with the property owner and you can’t beat the location!! We would stay again in the future.

Close to everything in Louisville. Great base location for a bourbon trail trip. Five of us stayed at the property and it was perfect for our needs. Highly recommend!
We rented this space for a 50th guys getaway. It was the perfect location and accessible to great restaurants and spaces. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the Louisville area.
Great location. I gave my sister and her husband the biggest room so we could visit there. It was a lovely condo. The smaller condo had a small bathroom, but it was serviceable. And the living area and bedroom were quite adequate for two people. The kitchen was nice and mostly well-equipped. Older vacationers might consider the stairs. (We were 65-76.) Managers could add some Kleenex, more TP, and paper towels. The per-night price was acceptable, but the additional charges (linen fee, cleaning fee, service fee, property protection, and lodging tax) added more than $400 to the total. And you were asked to strip your bed, bag the trash and wash your towels. Communication was good with the managers. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived at check-in, but they fixed it quickly. The area was very nice: plenty to do in the marketplace and we even walked downtown one night.
Everything was easy. zero complaints.

Stayed at this property while our son was at orientation for University of Louisville. This property was clean and spacious. The location was perfect for touring Louisville! Many walkable restaurants nearby! The host made the stay seamless, would definitely recommend staying here!
6 of us stayed here for a guy’s weekend in Louisville and we couldn’t be more happy with our choice. The historic home was amazing with tons of space to spread out and relax. So many great food and beverage options literally less than a block away and even the restaurants we visited downtown were within walking distance. Everyone asked when we could come back!
