The Cool Cactus Condo with Pool and Jacuzzi

Great Host. Location was nice and quiet and near a lot of good food choices. Everything was clean and as you would expect for a rental. Definitely would stay here again.

Enjoyed spending time by the pool, using the hot tub and the condo had everything we needed. Also a great central location to many things in the Phoenix area! Great stay!!

The location was very convenient for a work seminar my husband attended: and price of unit was considerably less than the discounted rates offered to participants at local hotels. Lots to do close by. Unit was clean. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub.Check-in instructions clear and easy to follow. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

I had an amazing trip. The surroundings were very clean and quiet. The hot tub area was spotless, and the yard was well-maintained, making it a perfect vacation spot. I even arrived early, communicated my arrival, and they allowed me to check in.

Very comfortable and Relaxing. I will definitely look for this same unit next time in PHX.

Pool and jacuzzi not heated, a little misleading

The property is very well kept. The condo was clean, well stocked kitchen, the hot tub was perfect and close by- couldn’t swim in the pool too cold yet, but both were clean and well maintained. Loved all the streaming options on the TV. Comfortable beds and quiet sleep. Great stay!

Clean, nicely appointed condo. Great location. 1 mile from the 101, 5 minutes from ASU and Tempe Marketplace. Beds were comfy. Nitpicks (which did not effect our fondness for this place, just suggestions to make it even better):Kitchen ware a little sparse, a little beaten up. But the coffee available was a nice touch. Check in at 4 seems later than it ought to be but no biggie.Would we stay here again? Absolutely.

Great place to stay for a short time in town. Everything was as described. Good communication. The complex could be cleaned up a bit. But, I do not put that on the property manager of the unit I rented. Great location for what we wanted. Easy drives to Phoenix, Scottsdale and ASU campus.

Property was as described on website. Could use some updated furniture (main bedroom dresser was small and bottom drawer opened with the middle drawer) and a few maintenance fixes. Like some kitchen cabinet doors and drawers, a little wonky. Inside cabinet where garbage can was could use some cleaning. The only thing I would be aware of is the additional insurance policy to purchase. After checking out I received an email stating that an insurance claim was filed in regard to the couch which was apparently ripped. When I asked about this, I was sent a photo of a rip on a cushion. The cushion was not the cushions that were on the couch in the unit. So, my advice would be to take photos of property before and after staying there. Also getting out of the property onto University Dr can be hard to make a left turn.

Overall a nice experience. Torey was very quick to respond to any and all questions as well as a couple of issues we had. Unfortunately the hot tub that is within walking distance to the unit was not working during our stay. Not the fault of the owner, but wanted to let everyone know for future bookings.

Property was clean and attractive. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cleaning supplies. The drawers in the cabinets could use some guides. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked.

Great little condo in the heart of Tempe! Very clean with great amenities. Definitely worth the stay and great value!

Enjoyed our stay, it was a good location. Did not get to enjoy the pool due to too many things to do! It looked great and is very near condo. Would definitely stay again. Owner was very responsive to questions.

Torey was one of the best and fastest facility managers we’ve ever had on VRBO. Super helpful when needed. Quiet area. Everything was as stated. We had an issue with the entry, but Torey had us in within minutes of contact. A couple windows were u locked, but closed so no issues. Beds were comfortable and we slept great. 115 degrees during the day but we hit the pool about 9am and enjoyed a couple hours each day. The pool was clean and not too hot. We’d be interested in staying at any property managed by Torey in the Phoenix metro when we come back to visit family again soon.

Everything was delightful here, especially the great pool. :-) Good location and easy to get around. Torey is awesome and so responsive to every time I reached out. Definitely recommend staying here.
