The room is equipped with a new 65 mounted Smart TV, perfect for movie nights. This condo comfortably sleeps 12 guests, providing ample space for your family or group to unwind and enjoy everything the Gulf Coast has to offer.

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a wet bar, and a dining table for all your culinary needs.

The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, direct access to the balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with double vanities, a Jacuzzi tub, and a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom has a King bed and an ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom includes a queen-size bed, with a full bathroom across the hall, while the fourth bedroom offers two twin beds and a set of bunk beds, with its own ensuite bathroom. For added convenience, the unit also features a queen sofa sleeper.

Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

    Room was very nice and clean. Check in was easy. The only issues were maintainence related. The handle was not attached to the shower in the king bedroom (non-master) and the door to the bedroom wouldn't lock. The front door latch would get stuck at times as well. Issues were shared on same day as check in, but maintenance wasn't done before we checked out. Also, we couldn't find a sauna on the property even though it's listed.

    The property was pictured and described as well. However,The first day of arrival, one of the showers was broken. we reported to the rental property, and the report was ignored. There was only one parking pass given. We had to pay for an additional parking pass 70. The property was clean. We wouldn't want to rent from the property rental company again.

    Property was in a good location to restaurants and live music. The only issue we had was with the toilet in the master bathroom- it kept clogging even after maintenance came to fix it. The shower in the master also was not working, but that was fixed with the visit from maintenance.

    I was dissatisfied about the parking and the way the unit wasn't properly cleaned. There were coke bottles on the counter as well as two bags of trash that I threw away. Not only did I have to purchase an additional parking pass when 2 should've been complimentary with the reservation per security. I had to park my car almost 15 minutes away from where I am staying because of a new policy that was put in place on March 1st that only two cars can park on the premises during the busy season. This was an inconvenience. I had to keep getting dropped off to my car in a lot where there isn't any security or patrolling so it's at my own risk including still being towed. The second overflow parking location charged 20 a night. Who wants to come on vacation and deal with this type of inconvenience and worry if something is happening to your car such as thief, burglary, or towed. It was so frustrating as the website didn’t have this in the description otherwise I wouldn't have booked this property or at least made other arrangements to only have two vehicles. I looked at the parking lot at 2am and it was empty as well as every morning. I feel like I could've bought a pass to park especially due to the inconvenience. My family and I drove a long way to get here. I visit Gulf Shores/Orange Beach several times through the year and this is the very first time that I have encountered such dissatisfaction. The balcony doo in the living room didn’t lock but the unit was nice

    We came to gulf shores for a family vacation over fall break! This property was wonderful at the Lighthouse Penthouse suite! The owner was kind enough to off us to stay here at no additional cost as where we originally booked was being renovated! Everything was great! View was amazing, property was very clean! The jet tubs didn’t work, but that wasn’t N issue for us! We loved our stay! Thank you for a wonderful reset over fall break!

    My husband and I brought our 5 children down to Gulf Shores for the first time ever and booked at the Colonnade. We were very satisfied with the facilities and our condo. It afforded our family plenty of space to retreat to our own rooms/bathrooms or come together at the dinner table. The location is central to almost everything. The only minor blemish, there was mold on the bunkbed rooms’ shower curtain. Overall, the stay was fabulous and just what we wanted!!
