The Clubhouse 3206 | Resort Pools, Hot Tub, Sauna!

Layout was great. Worked really well for my family. Doors all very squeaky though and appliances and cookware needed to be replaced. Multiple items scratched or chipped to the point they should be tossed. Would have appreciated some basics like salt, pepper, coffee, etc.

We loved the 3 bedrooms with their own televisions and bathrooms upstairs for the 4 generations to enjoy. It was also nice to have a half bath on the main living level. The Christmas tree and decor were beautiful. We loved the elevator with the luggage cart that was inside the covered parking area. Less than a mile to Dollywood and very close to “the Island”.

I would say aesthetically it looks nice, but when you look at the property it’s very much worn.

Clubhouse 3206 was very clean and had everything you need for a week-long stay when you are playing baseball at the Ripken Experience Pigeon Forge! I highly recommend it!

Very nice property. Loved having 3 bedrooms all with a private bath. Made the stay for 3 generations seamless. Everyone could wake at their own times, and getting ready was a breeze.

We really enjoyed this condo. Nicely decorated, comfortable and great location.

Confusion trying to find the unit. Directions were wrong. Everything was good but we won’t stay again with a young child. Sounds carry upstairs and kept waking the baby. So we didn’t use the tv at all and had to whisper so our voices didn’t wake him up. Sure it would have been fine if we didn’t have a baby. Using dryer made it super hot upstairs.

Our stay was somewhat enjoyable, but the beds were very questionable. They were not comfortable at all. And it appeared that all the sheets and pillowcases had hair on them and were just not clean by appearance. We had to go buy spray to spray in the condo because there was a musty smell when we walked in. We actually left on Sunday and did not return. I would give this condo, a three out of five stars.

We travelled to Pigeon Forge to stay for our niece's wedding in Maryville. We had 4 adults in the condo, then we had my 2 aunts join us because they were not happy with their rental they booked for the weekend. The unit was very clean and spacious! We didn't do any cooking, etc. but the kitchen was large enough we could have with no problem. The location was convenient to everything! Restaurants, mountain coasters, Dollywood, the strip, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

You wouldn't believe that this big 2-story, 3-bed, 3-bath condo with vaulted ceilings was in the building! Very clean and comfortable. Just off the beaten path, it's very close to Dollywood (you can see the rollercoaster peaking out of the trees in the distance) and the main touristy strips in Pigeon Forge.

Enjoyed the stay. Rooms were nice. Beds comfortable. My only request is enough towels for same number of days of stay.

Property was very clean. Everything we needed was in the condo. Really liked the location. Very close to EVERYTHING! We even enjoyed the fireworks each night from Dollywood.
