Chicago, Illinois
Stay in the heart of Andersonville when you book this bright, newly renovated condo. The home is one block from Clark Street near some of Chicago's best restaurants. It is 3 blocks from the Argyle Red Line stop, which will get you to Wrigley in 15 minutes and downtown in 30 minutes.
The home includes a fully stocked kitchen, a free parking spot (small and medium size cars and SUVs only, not large vehicles), an in-unit washer & dryer, a queen-size bed, and a couch with queen-size memory foam mattress.
We didn’t spend much time, but it was perfect for the time we were there.
Very well lit street in a safe neighborhood. Lots of amazing asian restaurants and everything is within walking distance. Parking was a bit tight and would be easily fixed if some vegetation were trimmed. Short drive to Michigan Ave. We'd certainly stay here again.
It was a great location, but none of the amenities worked (dishwasher, washing machine). Even when we contacted the host, they were unhelpful. Uncomfortable bed and choice.
Great location with some delicious restaurants nearby as well as easy access to red line. Will rent again if available
Great location in Andersonville on a quiet residential street. A short walk to Clark Street and convenient to buses and the Red Line. Hosts were easy to work with and provided lots of great info about the area.
I brought my grandson to go to a Cubs game Navy pier downtown all the typical tourist things. We found this apartment to be very comfortable. It had a lot of extra food condiments to use even though I didn’t cook. I appreciated everything that they had for our comfort. Alex was very communicative. He even suggested local eateries we might enjoy and told us how to get to the Cubs game and where the train stop was.Had a wonderful time.
The bathroom was not clean. Had to have the cleaning staff come back 2 days in a row as the first time they came absolutely nothing was touched. Also the bath towels were not adequate size and were extremely worn out as were all the towels in the bathroom. The other aspects of the apartment were okay and the location was close to the town of Andersonville. It was quite a distance from the train (not just a few short blocks as advertised).
Nicely furnished and comfortable place. Off-street parking a big plus.
My stay was wonderful, enhanced by great communication and thoughtfulness demonstrated by the owners. The unit is attractive, clean, and well-appointed, with a very comfortable bed. The washer and dryer made packing light for a longer trip much easier. Consider this listing a top choice if you're looking to enjoy all of the amenities of Andersonville in a comfortable home away from home.
Great neighborhood and easy to get around. Loved that it came with parking too!
Great for a Chicago location. Safe neighborhood.
Clean and comfortable apartment in a great location with plenty of amenities.
This apartment was the perfect place to stay for our first trip to Chicago. Everything was clean, the area had lots to do and the train was a short walk away. Communication was easy and instructions for check-in and check-out were easy to follow.
This location was ideal for being able to walk to our event down the street which was the reason for our stay in Chicago. The unit was exactly as described. Although a parking spot was provided, we actually didn’t have a car and were able to walk to get groceries, eat at restaurants and do a little shopping. I had just a couple of issues upon check-in but my email was responded to within minutes and the items were addressed within hours. I would have given a 5 star rating if everything had been perfect upon check-in but I appreciate the speed with which things were taken care of!
We were very happy we chose Andersonville for our home while we explored Chicago. We did so many great things: hiked the 606, art museums, the beach, BAR ROMA!!, kayaking, the river walk, etc. This was a lovely neighborhood and great food nearby. The accommodations were very nice. The sleeper sofa, however wasn't as great as prior reviews stated. Could use an updated mattress and it sagged quite a bit. All in all, we were so happy we stayed in Andersonville.
Great little apartment on lovely treelined street in awesome Andersonville. Walkable to shops, restaurants and Wrigley!
We enjoyed that everything we needed was in walking distance and the property was clean and met our expectations perfectly.
Everything was fine. My only knit pick was tv. No news services were offered. You could stream Amazon Prime if you were a member. Net,net there was tv with limitations.
Compact but wonderfully located space. Off-street parking a huge plus. Quiet tree-lined street close to main arteries.
