The Best Oceanfront View at A Place at the Beach!

The best ocean front view, easy access to the beach and pools (although outdoor pools was not open yet. Nikki was great to communicate with before and during our stay! The only thing when we arrived the winds were very high and the gutter in the corner of the balcony was torn away from the down spout and the banging was loud and unpleasant but the exceptional views made up for any temporary noises. The winds were less the next day and it was absolutely incredible.

This place is an absolute gem. Beautiful views, very clean place. The host had excellent communication and went above & beyond to ensure that we were comfortable. Tucked in a corner unit, our entire visit was quiet and serene. Falling asleep and waking up to the sounds of the ocean was so calming. 3 generations stayed and all 3 absolutely loved the place. We can’t wait to come back. Eating breakfast while watching the dolphins and pelicans right from the balcony was so cool. I cannot recommend this place enough!

The view was unparalleled as the living room features window to the south and west sides. Space is comfortable and well-appointed. Owner is particularly friendly and welcoming in communications. Check-in was extremely easy and the overall property is well-maintained and safe.

We had amazing stay! Check in/out was simple. The owner checked in with us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. Condo was clean and the views were amazing!

Nikki made check in and check out so easy. She communicated with us from the start. Once we saw the room, we knew this was our own little slice of heaven. The room is on the corner of the building and definitely had the best views. Decorated perfectly and had everything we needed. We will definitely be booking with Nikki next year.

We had an amazing trip! The view can’t be beat. Our kids had an absolute blast at the pool and rode the slide over and over. The access to the beach was super convenient. Nikki was so kind! Will definitely be returning!

We loved our stay at this unit at A Place At the Beach. We think it really does have the best view in the whole complex, and very convenient for beach access. Nikki was great to work with - we hope to go back sometime!

We had a long weekend and really enjoyed the unit. Everything was comfortable and the unit was very well stocked. Our daughter loved both pools and especially the water slide. The unit has great views of the beach as well as the pool area. We are looking forward to our next stay.

This is our 3rd year coming back to this condo with the most amazing view, and we always have the best time! It has everything you need, and the beach access is phenomenal. We were so sad when it was time to leave. Hope to be back again next year!

We recently stayed at this beautiful property for a a few days and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could need—comfortable beds, a fully stocked kitchen, and even outdoor seating to enjoy the sunset.The location was fantastic, ocean front. The property’s host was very responsive and helpful, offering great recommendations for things to do in the area.The attention to detail in every aspect of the home made it clear that the owners truly care about providing a wonderful experience.I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay. This was one of our favorite VRBO experiences. Nikki was lovely and check in was as easy as it gets! There are fantastic views of the beach and we saw a pod of dolphins two out of the five days we were there! Beach is great to walk on, and Fort Macon was interesting to tour and has some nice hiking trails. Great local food options, even in the off season. Highly recommend!there!

Kitchen functioned nicely, bedrooms were vey comfortable, ambiance was lovely, and the ocean view was wonderful. But the living room furniture was saggy and uncomfortable and needed to be replaced. Would stay again if the living room was upgraded.

We came down to the beach for my husband’s 50th class reunion from West Carteret High School. We stayed a few extra days to have beach time. The condo was perfect and had everything we needed as it always does. The sunsets were glorious. The views from this place are the best on the island. We had another great stay here.

Probably the best condo in the complex. I lived on the balcony and soaked in the view as much as possible. The unit is very private. The elevator helps and they have carts available. Check-in was super easy. Great communication with the owner. Definitely would love to return and stay longer!

I have visited the location every year since I was a child and still enjoy coming to APATB. This was our first time taking our infant twins to the resort and was excited to share it with them. I am looking forward to coming back and staying in this room. The host was very accommodating with early check-in and unplanned late check-out. This was a fantastic property with everything my family needed. It was clean and very close to the pool and beach which we frequented often. The owners were very attentive and we definitely plan on coming back.
