THE BEST LOCATION & AMAZING SUNSETS~4 POOLS~TIKI BAR~KID ZONE on the Beach!

Ive stayed at the Summit many times as a kid. I was very pleased that it is still just as amazing as it was 30 years ago! Fantastic views and amenities! I recommended this property for any family to come for vacation!

Never stayed at the Summit before and was pleasantly surprised, four elevators meant not too long of a wait. Weather was great, right on the beach and the condo was a good value for it's location. There was constant construction going on but not like the owner can control that and we will enjoyed the trip. The other guests and staff were all friendly!

Well to start off the 2 big burners on the stove didn’t work, the dishes were soo dirty and put away the kitchen table fair was broken and the water sprayer was broken to. And the bathroom felt like you were in a gas station stahl toilet/pocketdoor really thin then another toilet do 2 toilets basically in one bathroom with a pocket door separating also the bathroom doors did not lock at all most of the locks were broken. We also had to go buy batteries for thermostat because the air kept kicking off in the middle of the night. With all inconveniences i tried messaging host for a little discount just something she refused and was beyond rude! I reached out to vrbo and they even tried and she wouldn’t respond to them either room was ok but host I’ve never talked to such a rude person.

Easy check-in everything was clean we love it

Exactly as listing. Great deal especially for the location! Accidentally booked during Spring Break and was still a great deal and lots of fun. Bedroom is right next to the walkway so can have some noise; bring earplugs or sound machine if you’re a light sleeper. We didn’t have a problem with it though

This unit was very clean and provided enough towels pillows and blankets. Their refrigerator is brand new and kept our drinks very cold which was nice. The bathrooms are a little outdated but clean. The 2 pools are very nice size with plenty of seating. Elevators are a struggle with so many people. I would definitely stay again

Property and condo were great! Host is very responsive and was great when we had a couple things pop up. We will be back!

The condo was somewhat dated and did need some minor repairs but overall it was very clean, accommodated our family well and for the price and location it was prefect for our family. We did have a hard time getting our parking passes but that was the resorts fault not the owners fault. The pools were nice and not overly crowded. Overall we would stay again.

This condo met every expectation that we had. The views from the balcony are gorgeous! It is an easy walk to the beach (down the elevator, through the pool area, down the porch…5 minutes max) which was awesome! Tike Bar onsite was a lot of fun too. Overall we had an amazing vacation and will definitely be back to stay here!

We love the summit ! We have stayed here for many years ! The room was dated but did have everything we needed ! Overall great stay for my family !

Easy and great location. Easy access to the beach

The condo was perfect for my family with two teenagers. Having a full kitchen and the extra half bath was great. The view was stunning and the location was perfect!

About an hour prior to arriving while on the road we were informed by the property manager that there was an issue with the condo a/c and we could either accept a full refund cancellation or continue knowing there will be no air in the unit. With no ability to make alternative arrangements we continued prepared for some possible discomfort. The property manager did place some fans in the unit but unfortunately they did little for the heat and especially the humidity in the unit. Subsequently the floors stayed wet and clothing felt damp 24/7 making hanging out and/or sleeping in the unit very uncomfortable. However, after 2 nights the HVAC people showed up and replaced the unit restoring the air conditioner and made the unit habitable again. The remaining 5 days were great. The unit itself overall was what anyone would expect from a PCB property and served it's purpose as advertised. This condo facility is 99% about location and beach access which it provided in spades. We would have appreciated some compensation for the first couple days but didn't expect to hear from anyone given they offered cancellation and fixed the air eventually.

We stayed 7 nights. We were here for my son’s baseball tournament. Check in process was ok. Instructions can be clarified on listing to add that to check in, you need to go to the front desk to sign in, provide car tag info, and pay for parking. The AC didn’t cool at first. Contacted the host who sent someone to look at the AC. The filter needed replacement and that helped a lot to cool the unit better. Host was responsive and assisted with this. Location has a great view to the beach. This is a very big property so it gets very crowded. Elevators take a while but we were closer to the west elevator which attracted less people. The unit is a great size and fit our 3 children and my husband and I. The kitchen was also a great size. The biggest issue we had was that the washing machine leaked water while washing clothes and it caused flooding in the living room. We did not notice until we stepped onto the water. My husband and I reacted quickly and shut off the washing machine. We used all towels and began to soak up buckets of water all night. We contacted the host to inform. Maintenance was there the following day. They informed that the issue was a lid sensor that needed to be replaced. Thankfully this happened at the end of our stay and it did not affect us too much, only that we ended up purchasing new beach and bath towels for our last day on the beach. Overall, the beach was nice, the pool was ok, the unit was a good size w/ a great view & what we needed!

Contacted property manager overnight the first night of arrival to let her know the ac was not working and it was 75 plus degrees in the condo. She informed me that it was just serviced and a box fan would help us. I contacted her again the following day to tell her the room was up to 78 degrees and we had purchased our own fans and had no improvement. My husband had to complain to the manager at the front desk because our private property manager brushed us off. We were without any ac at all for 3 nights and had to stay in the room instead of doing vacation activities while maintenance crews worked on the ac. We were reimbursed only 200 something dollars after paying almost 2000 dollars and missing out on 3 days worth of our vacation so they could finally get the room ready for future guests. The freezer did not function until the last day of our stay when the front desk sent someone to repair it(no thanks again to our own property manager). There was a pill bottle in the floor by the bed on arrival full of a white substance that we had to discard of. The balcony glass door did not lock and this was a danger for us having two small children. The summit itself was fine other than a little over crowded and long waits at the elevator. We are gracious to summit staff helping us because our kids were so unhappy in our almost 80 degree room. I hope the owners of the property know how poorly managed this property is.

Location of property was great. Only opportunity was not at the fault of the owner. Pool hours are advertised on multiple signs throughout the building as 7am-11pm but they make you get out at 8 and are pretty rude about it. Again, not the owners fault. Thank you for the use of your rental property.
