The Best Downtown Location in Breck! Remodeled! Upgraded!

Don’t be fooled by the lack curb appeal. Close to main street and all the amenities, parking garage is a plus and quick response to all inquiries. Will definitely book again!

The bed was way too hard for us. There was a pillowtop for the sofa bed but we were not told of it until after we left.

Location, location, location. The property was in a great location - one block off of Main Street and easy walking to restaurants, shopping, and even the ski lift! The apartment was clean and comfortable and there was underground parking too. The only minor complaint is that the walls are very thin, so you can hear noises coming from neighboring units and the common hallway.

Excellent location. Easy access. Garage parking.

Modern and clean accommodations. Close to everything. Was an enjoy visit.

Great location for town attractions and shops. We loved the view and easy access to the grocery store that was across the street. The unit was neat and clean, with a good size kitchen and appliances. The host was very informative prior to our stay and with follow up check out. The only recommendation we had was that the mattress was a bit to firm (just a personal preference for us).

It was adequate and we were able to have our two dogs with us.

Picture showed a remodeled condo, track lighting, updated furniture and fireplace. Received old and dated unit with furniture for a college dorm including a dedk and 2 chairs. We did not stay and looked for another dog friendly place. Found a beautiful place at Beaver Run for 100 more. Terrible parkung and experience.

The location is right off of Main Street Breck which was great. Aside from that unfortunately that was the only positive. The walls to the apartment are paper thin and you could hear every step in the apartment complex. There was lipstick smudges on the glasses, hair on the bathroom walls and the pull out couch does not pull out but rather you can pull out a cot from underneath the couch. The instructions for check in was confusing as there was outdated pictures/codes to get in. The lock box code to get into the apartment was outdated. We tried calling the property manager multiple times with no response. Upon rereading again there was a different code that was correct in a different portion of the instructions. However, we never received a call back from the property manager. Not worth the price

Convenient,perfect for Grandmother and 16 yr old grandson. He snowboarded everyday, I walked, shopped, had lunch, read and found the a giant Troll

Great location for walking around town. The bed is not very comfortable and the bathroom fan needs to be cleaned. The location made up for the problems.

One block from the heart of Breckenridge. Small condo in good shape. Very clean. Thanks for the stay!

Excellent location, however, dog next door barked incessantly. Bathroom was tiny and not figured well. Listing says updated but that is a stretch.

Property was clean. Screen was not correctly installed. It may be time to rotate the mattress (or replace?) - each side was recessed and the middle was like one of the mountain ridges that surround the town. Sleeping on it was a true alpine experience! And, does the garbage disposer even work? The dog next door continually howled/barked. Were the owners ever there? We never saw them.

I am so thankful for staying there! We were right in the middle of everything! The great market and liquor store was right next door! All restaurants and bars were within blocks! We had 2 pups with us and we all walked everywhere! Deb Woods, San Marcos, Texas

Great stay in Breckenridge! Great location and within walking distance of all amenities. The neighbors to the side and above were horrendous. Late night partying and as soon as 11:00pm hit, endless stomping and slamming around. Quite honestly, the most unbelievable situation. Contemplated confronting them myself or involving the local authorities but we threw our pillows over our heads and prayed for the best. Can’t win all the time, other than that, it was a great trip! Would say here again if the other occupants of the building disappeared.
