1st Floor: Kitchen, Living Room, Full-Over-Full bunk bed (sleeping 4)

2nd Floor: Primary Suite w/King bed (sleeping 2), secondary bedroom with a Full-Over-Queen bunk bed (sleeping 4)

3rd Floor: Secondary bedroom with a King bed (sleeping 2) and a rec room with a queen pullout sofa (sleeping 2), a dart board and shuffleboard.



★Parking★

There is one parking pad available directly in front of the unit, a reserved spot in the carport, and extra parking in the carport, if needed.



★Neighborhood★

Located one block from the shops, bars, and restaurants of Hillsboro Village, and Belmont Boulevard. Walk a few blocks to Belmont or Vanderbilt Universities or hop in an Uber for a 10 minute ride to Broadway, Bridgestone Arena, and the Titans Stadium!



★House Rules★

During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.



Guest Access:

You will have 100% private access to this home during your entire stay!



The Neighborhood:

A walkable and dreamy location, you'll find yourself smack dab in between incredible neighborhoods! Walkable to the Hillsboro Village, Belmont Boulevard, and Music Row areas, you'll have food, drinks, and shopping right at your fingertips! Also just down the street is Edgehill, and 12 South, neighborhoods which boast of incredible restaurants and bars to explore. E3 Chophouse (owned by Jason Aldean and Luke Bryan), Pancake Pantry, The Cabana (Jazz Brunch!), Fido, Jeni’s ice cream, just to name a few. And when it`s time to jump in the car/Uber to head downtown, you`ll be just 10 minutes or less from all of the action!



Getting Around:

Uber and Lyft are easily accessible from this home!

For your safety and the security of our properties, most of our rentals have a ring doorbell camera or an external camera located on the exterior of the home. No indoor cameras are present - your privacy is fully respected.



★Damage Waiver★

You are renting a private home.  Please treat the property with the respect you would like shown to your own home.  We get that accidents happen – some more sober than others – and we want you to be aware of your Damage Waiver coverage should something get a little wild during your stay.  In an attempt to make this easier for you, the Damage Waiver fee is included in your cleaning fee.  Here’s how it works: by booking with Stay Local Nashville, Inc., you understand and accept that your booking fees include a Damage Waiver.  It is the Guests’ responsibility (that’s you!) to report damage that is caused to the Property during your stay.  The vacation rental Damage Waiver is not insurance, but instead an agreement by Stay Local Nashville, Inc., to replace or repair unintentional damages up to $1,000.00 (one thousand dollars) in total to the rental unit’s interior.  Damages that qualify for this agreement must occur during a Guest’s reservation, be disclosed to management prior to check out, and the Damage Waiver must have been paid in full prior to arrival (don’t worry, it’s wrapped into the cleaning fee!).  Any damages that either exceed $1,000.00 (one thousand dollars), are not disclosed prior to check out, or are deemed intentional, will be charged to the credit card on file, through the Airbnb resolution center. The Damage Waiver does not include theft or intentional or negligent damage and will not be covered by this fee and the Guest will be liable for all costs associated with intentional or negligent damage.  The Guest is liable for any and all costs and fees associated with the vacation rental, including reasonable collection costs and attorney’s fees that are in any way associated with the Guest’s and/or the Guest’s invitee’s breach of this agreement, including but not limited to, money owned under this agreement for damage to the premises, fees, and/or fines.

    At first glance this rental looked nice and has modern furnishings. I’ll start with the pros:Great location. Gas stove. Dishwasher. Owner/manager responded quickly when we needed to get in touch with them. Check out easy.Cons: this house is listed to fit 14 people. We were a party of 12 and we were snug. This rental has two common spaces and neither could sit 12 people comfortably meaning we’d have to split up our party between the two rooms if we all wanted to sit comfortably. There is a 4 top table for eating and that’s it - so a large party could not eat at.a table together. The water pressure was not strong and the hot water was used quickly - seems the tank is not suitable for large parties. Sound travels very easily throughout house - made it noisy. TV wifi connection not good - took forever to load and was glitchy. Recommendations to management:Clean the walls -made rental feel dirty.Label which pods are for dishwasher and which are for laundry when putting them in the welcome bag. If the rental is going to have cotton swabs and cotton balls containers in the bathroom, replenish in between groups. They were empty. Supply the house with black washcloths instead of disposable makeup wipes. We stayed 4 nights and with 5 girls, those wipes were gone quickly. We had no other choice but to remove makeup with white towels. Get new toilet paper holders. The ones in the half bath and third floor full bath are both loose and the toilet paper fell off of them constantly.

    Apartment was great for two families. Very clean and well appointed. Great location for Vandy and for Broadway. Complex very quiet.
