*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property. The guest booking the property must be on site for the duration of the booking. Photo Identification is required.

*COMPLEX AMENITIES: Beach Front Balcony, (1) Elevator, Outdoor Communal Pool, Outdoor Communal Grill, WIFI

*PARKING: This complex offers onsite parking for 1 vehicle. Your vehicle must have a parking pass filled out completely and the pass must always be visible to avoid being towed. Island Sunrise has limited parking, therefore only (1) parking pass is included in your reservation. No additional passes can be purchased. Luna Beach Properties will have the pass inside your unit on the kitchen counter upon arrival. Trailer/ motor home parking is prohibited.

*PETS: This property is NOT a pet friendly property. Any evidence of a pet being on site will result in immediate eviction and possible extra charges if damages occur.

*MONTHLY RENTALS: This property is available for monthly rentals at certain times of the year. Ask the reservationist for details regarding monthly rates and fees associated with monthly rentals.

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, , to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee.     I received an email with check in instructions etc.. and it said an additional parking pass could be purchased. But they wouldn’t allow us to purchase one. So, we had a condo for 8 and all 8 of us could not fit in 1 vehicle. There is nowhere nearby to park so my only option was to park over 10 minutes away at Luna beach office like they offered so I was without a vehicle which was very inconvenient us trying to fit in one or go in one to bring to my vehicle. The condo was very outdated and dirty feeling. One bathroom had tile on the floor that didn’t meet up with the bathtub so there was about 3 inches of a gap and you could see the old floor underneath. The washer and dryer was super loud and very dingy and had mold all around the tank that was right next to it and it was dripping water. The lights stopped working. But that was just a flip of the breaker. One of the toilets wasn’t working properly. Some of the dishes were dirty. We had to wash before we used them. I guess the people that stayed previously just didn’t do a great job of washing them because we are responsible for doing all that before we leave. The pictures on the site are taken very well because the actual condo is not as great as the pics. I wouldn’t recommend.

    We arrived to the condo. The agency gave us the wrong code in our email so we had to wait for a response of the right code. Our condo was nice. Several outlets didn't work but were able to use the ones that did. Oven worked quickly, diahwasher worked well, bathrooms were clean, washer and dryer worked but showed signs of misuse by other renters. Stackable units wash smaller loads only. All in all a very nice stay. The hiccup for us was rhe wrong code in the email but that was fixed in 20 minutes after the arrival.

    Can’t beat this location on the beach plus proximity to shopping and restaurants and even just a short drive to Orange Beach. Updated kitchen and master shower were very nice. NO CARPET - nothing but tile! Hooray! - which is a must for me in a beachfront location. This was our third year in Gulf Shores and third unit in Island Sunrise. Loved the oceanfront unit and waking up to a view of the surf and sand. My number one complaint was no towel hooks anywhere! As a family of six we struggled with beach towels and bath towels and wet swimsuits the entire trip. No hooks even on bathroom doors - just a small towel bar above both toilets and no additional hanging space ANYWHERE. The paint was chipping in many places which gives an unclean “appearance” even though I did feel the place was clean overall. There were a few pieces of furniture that needed some minor repairs or TLC.

    Listed as recently renovated…. Not true. Renovation of the entire property was underway during our stay. Pool was closed. Construction started at 7 am daily. Mold in the master bathroom. Bunk bed in second bedroom not safe. Very poor and untimely communication from property management team.

    I wouldn’t stay here again. First thing that went wrong was, when entering the property the parking pass is supposed to be left on the counter for you. Ours was not, which would be no big deal if I didn’t feel like I had to jump through hoops to get an actual phone number I could call and tell them the issue. I had to call VRBO who looking up the property number and give me a number to call. I called and talked to a lady who worked for Luna Properties. They did get it resolved right away. Basically the housekeeper forget to leave it, so they had to call and have the housekeeper drop it off. Not that big of a deal just not something I wanted to do. Second: Family of five so after a day we had run out of toilet paper. We also used the one garbage bag that was there and realized there were not garbage bags in the property nor extra rolls of toilet paper. I found this odd because most other VRBO properties I have stayed at in the past had these things. So I called the people who manage the property and inquired about the toilet paper and garbage bags. It is the way the lady spoke to me on the phone that sealed the deal with never staying here again, she said, “I don’t know if you know, but this is not a hotel. You rented a property, those essentials are the guests job to provide.” I was taken aback by how rude she was. A simple I’m sorry, but you’ll have to provide those things would have been better. Truly put a damper on the trip. Oh and the dishwasher was not working.

    Awesome condo. Cant get any better than this. Your right on the beach, have a nice pool, place to grill and the balcony was a great place to ppl watch and listen to the waves. Will definetly stay here again
