Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience was good overall. The location was great. The views were amazing, we had city and ocean views with a very large balcony. The living room had amazing floor to ceiling window doors. The staff were friendly. All the residents were welcoming and we loved having the parking garage with assigned spots. The bedrooms and bathrooms were huge. The living room and kitchen were very spacious. We were very comfortable while staying here. The problems we did face while there was a very weird odor in the guest bedroom. I believe this was due to mold growing everywhere. There was black mold growing on the curtains and in the bathroom. There was a constant mold growing on the surface of the side tables as well. The condo was very dusty and dirty when we arrived. The floors were dirty and there was so much dust and mold everywhere. We had problems with mold in the master bathroom as well. We also had issues with the washer and dryer. We had staff come to fix them both. However, only the dryer was fixed. We also had issues with the kitchen supplies, most of the kitchen supplies was old, damaged, or rusted. The final thing we had issues with was the amount of cleaning supplies/essentials provided. We booked for a little over 3 months and were provided with enough things to not even last the weekend. We were given 1 sponge, 1 dishwasher tablet, 1 trashbag, and a couple disinfectant wipes. They do not provide any cleaning services so this was really disappointing. We had to purchase all essential cleaning supplies and toilet paper. We had to get stuff to clean bathrooms, kitchen, and floors. Would recommend for them to provide cleaning supplies if not providing cleaning services. Overall, I would recommend this place for long or short stays. I think that the place needs a deep clean and to take care of the mold.

Reviewer Comments: Condo was not clean, cheap cooking utensils, lack of furniture, stingy with paper products, parking sucked, very high priced, and I was not only charged before arrival I received bill from American Express before arrival. Walls needed painting; AC didn't cool very well. Not pleased with my Condo at all. I don't know if I will go back again but if I do, I will not be staying in Condo 1606.
