Ocean front pool open Memorial Day thru Labor Day. 1 parking space per unit. Free Wifi for my guests.

Stayed Jun 18, 2025I will be booking this property again the overall experience was fantastic the owners were amazing ! It was so clean and had everything you need except sheets and let’s be honest I always take sheets just makes ya feel better but the beds were amazingly clean no stains or anything. I would highly recommend this property !

Stayed May 16, 2025My sister, daughter, granddaughter and I stayed 3 nights here. We were extremely impressed with the place - the setup was great - roomy kitchen, 3 queen beds plus sofa sleeper. And having 2 bathrooms for 4 women was wonderful. And of course you can't beat the view! We saw some dolphins one morning, which made our day. Ed was very responsive to my questions prior to our stay. I didn't need to reach out during our stay because everything was perfect! Thank you, Ed and Carole, for being such great hosts!

Stayed Aug 17, 2024Great location! Steps from beach. Block from boardwalk. Across street from Jolly Rogers waterpark. Just down street from Barn 34, Higgins, and a few fun put-put courses. Ed was very responsive before and during our stay.
