Beautiful Beachy, themed Condo, Enjoyed the view and sunsets from lanai. Really felt at home from the second we arrived. Very clean and had everything you would need to enjoy your vacation. Residents of Terra Mar were very welcoming , also great location for beach and restaurants at Santini Plaza. Owners are very easy to work with and get in contact with . Would love to come back . We loved our stay at unit 702, Terra Mar. The condo is clean and the decor is very pleasing with a sort of beach house feel. The view is spectacular from all rooms other than the second bedroom. The lanai is a lovely spot to sit and look out over the gulf or even to sit at night and listen to the surf. Another interesting feature is the lagoon located between the condo building and the beach. I enjoy photography so it was a real bonus to be able to photograph numerous species of birds in the lagoon. The location is ideal with several restaurants, a variety store, gas station, clothing stores, pharmacy, farmer's market and theater all within walking distance. Mark was great to work with to book the condo and was quick to respond with any questions. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to go back next year.

Well equipped condo in a great location. The entire month was hot and sunny - 87* - and the new improved pool area is beautiful. The people there are very friendly and welcoming.

Everyone was super nice everywhere we went. The Condo provided us with all the essentials we needed. Was clean. Excellent proximity to Times Square. Loved it.

Although it's an older building the location to the beach and Santini Plaza makes up for that. We've stayed in the condo for the last few years and are always pleased with the continual upgrades. The owners are very nice and a pleasure to work with.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 702 Terra Mar. The condo was beautifully appointed and had an excellent view of the gulf! The kitchen was entirely stocked so all we had to do was show up with our swimsuits in tow! With 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, the condo was perfect for our family. We hope to have many more visits there! Thank you so much for a lovely time!

We were thrilled to get away from the Winter cold and relax in this very nice home. Located on the 7th floor, it provides a wonderful view of the beach with privacy. We slept with the doors to the lanai open to enjoy the sea breeze and sound of the surf. The condo has many niceties like Wifi, full size washer and dryer, cable TV, a printer, comfortable beds, and toys for the pool and beach. If you enjoy cooking, the kitchen is well stocked. The owner, Mark, is terrific to work with. We look forward to returning!
