Stayed Jan 23, 2024Super nice property, wonderful host. Safe and absolutely quiet. If you are coming here to have a good night (or daytime) sleep, you won't be disappointed. On the other hand, everything is nearby. Highly recommend this place.

Stayed Feb 1, 2025My husband and I spent a wonderful 13 days at this property with Barbara as our host --she was the perfect contact and provided us with all of the necessary information from check-in to check-out . . . everything in the condo worked perfectly so we had no reason to contact her about anything else. The condo is steps from a pool, very quiet, well-stocked, etc. . . . and located in a gated, beautiful golf club community. Palm Desert is full of great restaurants and great shopping and everything else you want/need. Book this condo now and you will really enjoy your stay.

Stayed Jan 17, 2025The condo was perfect for my wife and I. It was super clean, all furnishings were very comfortable and the condo itself was renovated beautifully. We loved the neighborhood and used the fitness center and pickleball courts regularly--well within walking distance. Proximity to the pool couldn't have been better and we enjoyed many warm afternoons relaxing on loungers in the sunshine. The condo was well stocked with salt/pepper and other seasonings, some bottles of water (thanks Barbara) and plenty of towels and linens. We appreciated the ability to use the washer and dryer. The condo was close to shopping, restaurants, hiking and downtown Palm Springs. There were many things/personal touches that the owner did around the home to make our stay comfortable. The condo is fantastic and overall an awesome vacation rental. Thank you for hosting us.

Stayed Nov 23, 2024Nice size condo for two; near pool. Air fresheners plugged in throughout was overwhelming and an issue to me as I am highly sensitive to smells. Condo was very clean, well stocked, and well kept.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Lovely Condo. Perfect for two people.Very clean. Very Comfortable. Equipped with every thing needed for a relaxing vacation. The resort was very quiet. The grounds are beautiful and the community is very friendly, we loved meeting the neighbours. Barbara is a lovely host, who is very communicative. Would definitely return.

Stayed Apr 13, 2024We enjoyed our stay at this quiet and relaxing, nicely appointed condo near all there is to do in Palm Desert. It was just steps to a pool and very close to Marriott Desert Springs and downtown Palm Desert. We recommend and would stay again!
