Tennessee Retreat | Mountain Views + Indoor & Outdoor Pools!

The home was clean and comfortable, and communication with management was great. The kitchen was generally well-equipped but it seemed silly not to stock coffee filters- that's the only problem we had. (I did miss in the welcome email that they were not provided, so we had notice- still, it's a pain to have to buy a whole pack to use for just a few days, if you don't use that size at home.) My kids loved the lazy river! Thanks for having us!

Like the location but the condo needs work like painting and floor needs fixing. The communication was great with the management company. Not enought washclothes for our group and 3 days stay, recliner was broken so we were down a seat. The kichen could use more coffee cups and glasses. The balcony is missing a chair and no glider that is the picture. I have noticed that when a company takes over a condo or house from a private individual they lose the personal touch and that what i feel has happened here...

Stay would have been great but there were roaches in the unit.

Rented this condo for a week in the Smokeys. We had no communication from the owner with less than 24 hrs before our arrival. We tried multiple times to contact the owner through the VRBO app with no response. Called VRBO who tried to help. Finally got an email from Jackson Mountain, not VTrips with a door code. Condo was beat up,, missing a patio chair, floor was coming apart. Location was great. Spacious condo. Very disappointed with a cheap hotel feel rather than a homey vibe usually with a VRBO property. This was a corporate ownership. No detergent, no shampoo, sparce decor. Just disappointed. Won't return.

Nice great location. Roomy! Web site a little confusing, it says 3 bedroom 3 bath but on one page it shows bedroom 3 has a Fulton there r 3 bedroom with King size beds!! Overall a 5

Very clean and plenty of space. Management called to say the place was ready at noon even though check-in wasn't until 4. They have an indoor and outdoor pool with lazy river. Outdoor pool and river were closed during off season. It rained a lot on our trip so the option for free DVD rentals was great! Although, I wish we had access to them after 6pm. Location was great, walking distance to the parkway but not directly on it so you have some quiet from all the hustle and bustle. Beautiful mountain. View from our balcony.

Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean , had everything you need , fully furnished The property was another story .... the luggage carts were rarely returned after use , and the area where they were supposed to be kept seemed to be a place some threw there trash. It was there for days and never cleaned up. And the last 3 night the tenants directly above were so loud. It literally sounds like they were moving furniture every night u too about 2am.
