Stayed Jan 27, 2026Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Communication from the management company was clear and responsive. The condo had most things we needed. It could use some TLC as it's outdated and no frills. The showers were perhaps the worst part as the handles and faucet in the 2nd BR fell off. We had to call maintenance for that and a clogged sink. There was a 3rd (small) BR which wasn't noted in the description. We didn't need it but helpful for those who may need the extra bed.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location to bus shuttles. Lots of room for multiple people. Needs updates though. Showers are both less than desirable. Main bathroom shower handles and bath faucet fell off while using shower.

Stayed Feb 24, 2025The location was outstanding! We were a short walk to shuttles for breckinridge and copper mountain resorts, and a short walk to main street too! Beds were comfortable too! We also appreciated walking just a few feet to the indoor hot tub that was actually HOT! Thanks for a great stay!

Stayed Mar 16, 2024Although the condo could use several upgrades, it met our purposes perfectly. A comfortable place to stay just a couple blocks from downtown. I would definitely stay here again.
