Teal Lake Villas 1523 Golf Villa

The condo was pretty good. There were a few little things to fix. Could use some updates on kitchen and bathroom fixtures. The bathtub did not drain well while showering which my wife hates. The dryer took forever to dry cloths. Also saw some palmetto bugs that freaked her out. Also the front screen door closes to fast and hits you. Other then those small things this place had everything we needed. Kitchen was stocked well. Beds were pretty comfy and they had plenty of towels and rags. Location was great.very close to pool basketball and tennis. We would probably stay again.

Property owner was helpful and respond immediately to resolve a minor issue with the accommodations. Communication was excellent and would consider booking again in the future.

The place was clean but old and outdated, closet I told her were nasty and dirty with 1 or 2 close hangers which I wouldn’t have put my clothes in there anyway, washer and Dryer were old and rusted, screen door was torn to pieces, aside from that everything was fine

A little disappointed with what I found upon arrival to the condo. One of the queen beds was broken and had a screw sticking out, the comforters had stains on them, and the screened door going inside was broken. The floors were actually very dirty and we ended up cleaning them ourselves. There was no dishwasher tablets/dish soap. I expect to not find things like that after paying the money I did. The area “Tidewater Plantation” is very nice, I like that it is in a gated place. But I will not stay here again. They need to get better housekeepers and fix things in the condo.

We really enjoyed this property. It’s close to everything but secluded enough for you to relax. The property looks just like photos. This is also the cleanest property I have stayed at in Myrtle Beach ever. I always have to clean up whenever I pick a place in Myrtle Beach but not this time. Very impressed. The only complaint I have and I hope the property owner see this is to put up a privacy curtain in living room. Anyone can look inside from the road. I understand there is a screen in porch in the other side but we looked from the road and could see straight into the living room and kitchen. So make sure you are fully dressed at all time unless you don’t mind neighbors seeing you. Other than that we enjoyed it. Pool was nice as well, especially if you have little ones.

Love the villa and the pool. Very quiet and enjoyable.

Quite place we was on the 2nd floor enjoyed the screened porch spent a lot time there only con is not really kid friendly we will consider another stay

The condo is in need of an update.
