It had been recently painted. The bed in the main bedroom was comfortable. The kitchen had some items missing or in need of replacement, but after bringing them to the attention of Tidelife , the owners were contacted and quickly supplied us with them. An issue we had with the air-conditioning unit was similarly addressed in a timely manner. Overall we enjoyed our stay at 52D.

Stayed May 22, 2022Great location for our day trips to Hampton Plantation, Hopsewee, Georgetown, and Brookgreen Gardens. Close to great seafood restaurants too. Enjoyed cooking our own breakfast at condo before heading out for our adventures. Nice and quiet at night.

We loved the view and the fact that we were only a few minutes from the ocean. The condo was in a quiet and peaceful place. It was one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed in. It’s a lovely place and would recommend to others and even stay there again on another stay in Pawley. Also very near excellent local restaurants and bars in which the food was fantastic. We literally did not have a single bad meal. We of course got some really good advice from some locals when went a bar about 5 minutes from our location.

Stayed Jul 13, 2021Super clean property on golf course and just off Hwy 17 in PI. Lots to do nearby and short drive to beautiful beach but go early for parking spot. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean Screened in porch to enjoy. And no riff raff. The only thing I will say is if you don’t want to take a chance on active children running around above your heads, rent the top unit. Only thing I can say was a negative. We knew they would run out of stem about 9 and it always did. Lol
