Tampa Condo - GOLF/BUSCH GARDENS/ADVENTURE ISLAND/MOFFITT/BEACHES/DISNEY

This property was nice and relaxing. The place was clean. The air conditioner was great. Parking was easy. The owner sent me instructions on easy check in and check out. The owner also left a list of tips on the fridge about exploring Florida. I would definitely book with them again.

They had everything we could have needed, the apartment complex was gorgeous and the pool was very nice. The condo was clean and well organized and extremely well equipped, we didn’t run into any issues.

The unit was great very similar to home, clean and comfy everything you need is within the area.

Great place

The condo is in a quiet area eventhough its by the university. The place is equipped with everything a family would need for a great stay. Washer and dryer, Master bedroom has its own bathroom and 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed that would fit 3 kids and main bathroom is right by 2nd bedroom. Place is very clean, lots of towels, and kitchen items. Wifi was easy to access and we enjoyed the large pool too. Overall, very quiet neighborhood and central to our activities. I would reccomend this place to a family and would stay here again if Im ever in the area. The parking is in front of the main building but the actual condo is in the back so you will have to take a sidewalk to walk around to the back and climb stairs to get to the 2nd floor. We didn't mind at all. Its not that far. My family and I felt safe as well. Feels like you are in a jungle with the bamboo trees and tropical plants. Yards are well kept and clean. Owner was very responsive to our requests (same day).

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The condo is in a lovely, quiet spot in a nice neighborhood and perfectly located for us to visit our student at USF. It was clean, spacious, the beds comfy, and had everything we needed. Our host, Eleni, was very kind and easy to communicate with. We hope to stay again on future visits to Tampa!

Great location, really quiet, and clean. Some of the fixtures in the place need updating or fixing, but overall was really good.

The place was clean and homey. It was easy to find and the folder was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again because it was a great location. There are plenty of restaurants and activities to explore. The area was also quiet and felt safe.

Great area and lovely locals

We loved our stay! The unit had everything we could need and it was clean and comfortable. The owner was very easy to communicate with ahead of our stay. Very accessible to USF and nearby shopping. I worked remotely one of the days and the internet was great. Very peaceful setting.

Excellent property and neighborhood. Located near restaurants, highway, and shopping centers. The property has everything described and the owner always answered as soon as we had any questions. Highly recommended and we will return if another opportunity arises.

Owner provided everything you might need, including various spices, but no salt. Couch is very uncomfortable, bed is comfy but very soft so might cause back aches. Nice quiet neighborhood. Good place to stay for a few days.

Everything was great. Condo was well stocked with everything you need

I was saving this review until I got back and now that my family has left and I have time to write this review. I am going to start off by saying that when my family and I came into this condo it smelled like mold immediately that we had to air out the condo for at least two days and sleep with the windows fully opened the entire time of our stay.I had Events back to back and could not stress over contacting the host about the moldy smell or the unclean sheets and the disgusting floors and the disgusting kitchen along with the nasty bedrooms that I had to put my young children in. When we first arrived, we immediately had to remove all the bedding off of the beds due to the bad smell, and the dust was so bad that I kept sneezing and coughing then one night when we decided to shut all the windows and turn on the heat because it was freezing cold I got a really bad cough and so did my girls, and my husband said that it was due to the HVAC filter and when we saw the HVAC filter, it was filled with dust that we set to the side, so the owner could see when we leave. Also, she said that she replaces the filter every month in our messages and that is false because we are in construction and we know what we are talking about the vent for the dryer hasn’t been cleaned in over 20 loads. Her washer smelled and made our clothes stink that I had to put it on wash cycle. Overall, my feet were black while staying at this condo. I had to clean the floors myself two times and her couches

I was very pleased with my staying at this location I had all I needed for the week we stayed everything was close by, quiet and clean, I highly recommend this location and if I need a place to stay I will choose this one

Would definitely stay again

I was displaced by hurricane Milton,and this place was my savior. Quiet and private.

Property was very clean. Neighborhood was quiet. As others have mentioned, the property could use some updating. The tub/shower faucet is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Difficult to regulate the temperature. Lamps in the living room would be nice.

Everything was good

It is all ok

It was pretty clean, but some floors looked like a dirty string mop had been quickly swirled around. The tile floors are not set properly and they have missing grout in some spots. The bathtubs were clean but have chips as well as the frame for glass doors, but no glass. The shower curtains are hung above the frame. The faucet for the shower is hard to figure out where hot and cold are located. I turned the faucet to the right to get cooler water and it got extremely hot. The lights in the bedroom with the bunkbed are extremely dim. There are no overhead lights in the bedrooms. The tv was not working, but the owner did buy a new remote and fixed the problem.
