Very clean! Just as pictured. Couldn’t have asked for a better place!

I have stayed at many VRBOs, and I get very frustrated when I have to log in to other aps or look for text messages. This one was very confusing, with texts, emails and other aps needed. It was very unclear where we needed to go, and the front desk staff was very unhelpful. While technically the listing was accurate, saying there are 3 bedrooms is a stretch. The bedroom downstairs had a King bed, but that was also where the very small pullout bed is. This room had a barn door with no locking mechanism, but did have AC. Two of the kids slept there. My husband and I stayed upstairs because it was the only room with a bit of privacy, but did not have a locking door, only a small bifold door. It was so hot upstairs and lugging water upstairs to fill the swamp cooler was not fun. The other room was a loft with no privacy and also very hot.The kitchen was fine and had some necessities, but we didn't spend much time there. I think this space would be fine if you go in the winter, but no ideal for an August stay. Also not a lot of privacy if traveling with couples.

This was a great property. It was neat and clean. We loved the wall murals, the pool, and the fitness center.

Unit was clean and stocked with everything we needed to cook, wash clothes, watch tv, and sleep in a comfortable bed. aminites are first class, pool, hot tub and fitness center. We consider this a home base that allows us to enjoy the Durango Train, River Rafting, Jeeping the Alpine loop, Mesa Verde, Silverton, Ouray(million dollar highway). Enjoyed James Ranch ,Honeyville and Bar D Chuckwagon dinner and show.

Overall, the place is great. Beautiful views, comfortable beds. Mgmt needs to get some repairs done...in the kitchen and master bedroom, only one plug in each socket worked. The toaster needs to be replaced. EEverything

We loved staying here. The upstairs bedrooms were perfect for the kids. The furniture and beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Always love staying at this resort.

Great rental, great amenities, close to Purgy. Overall excellent, could you some new frying pans.

Great condo, close to purgatory. Cool design elements of property. Loved the access to indoor/outdoor pools. Easy check in/check out process. Only downside was that noise carries a little bit throughout condo. Overall a great stay! Would book it again!

Overall, we loved the experience in this condo and hope to stay again!

A few things could be fixed to make it more enjoyable. 2nd bathroom by the kitchen had really low water pressure, bathroom fan didn’t work, and handle to turn on the shower was incredibly hard to turn off and on. Coffee makers weren’t clean inside either. Had to go by cleaner to clean and descale one of them so we could make coffee the rest of our stay. There were wet towels in the washer when we arrived also. Glad I happened to check it the next day after we arrived. Also, the sliding door to the master bedroom needs repaired . It has a loose screw at the bottom. At one point my son closed it while in the bedroom, and the door locked him in due to the screw in the bottom fixture coming loose and jamming the door. Only other thing I could add is that it might be nice to have the place a little cooler when people arrive in the summer. The ac was off and the windows were open when we arrived. It made the upstairs read at 89 degrees. Even though we turned on the ac’s and fans, it was still really hot up there and didn’t get much cooler till the next day. Kids sleeping upstairs were really hot.

Second shower needs a mat, very slippery; sliding door to shower was off its track—I fixed it but it wasn’t easy. AC doesn’t really reach the upstairs; master bed is nice but too close to the wall for access. No clue how to work the main TV with 3-4 remotes. The check in lady at the desk was very rude upon arrival—ridiculously so. Check out lady was very nice.
