    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our unit was very clean and had all the comforts of home. Close enough to Breckenridge to walk. You could also ride the free bus right out front to anywhere in summit county. The kids loved the pool and hot tub.

    Nicely appointed, but dated. Quiet and clean. Deck was relaxing. Very walkable to the main street. Pool and hot tub area was easy to locate and with four hot tubs - plenty of room to soak and relax. Good parking. Comfy bed.

    My family and I stayed here for New Years Eve. The location is perfect! It was so easy to drive anywhere and walk to Main St / Ride the shuttle to Main St. The condo was so clean and came equipped with everything. We brought our two young kids so it was really nice it was easy to cook there and the room with the bunk beds was a great fit for the kids.

    I am someone who reads reviews before I rent property, and I must say, many of the negative reviews of this place are totally off base. The location was fantastic, and the property is absolutely beautiful. Yes, it is older. It was built in 1971. However, the owners have done a fantastic job of updating it to a reasonable level. It is definitely like staying in someone’s home, not staying at the Waldorf…which my family found very comfortable. The space was more than adequate for my family of five and was in the perfect location to access downtown Breckenridge and the surrounding areas. The property was clean and had every amenity that we would desire. Additionally, there was a small problem with the garbage disposal, and that was fixed immediately by the property management maintenance team. I simply cannot say enough positive things about the responsiveness of the owners and our stay at the location. Thank you.
