Dune Thyme is a little slice of heaven located directly on the beach that has been completely renovated after coming under new ownership. The condo has all new flooring, a new kitchen with new appliances, and all new furnishings! The condo offers two king bedrooms, each with their own private bathrooms and a bunk room with two full over full bunks and a bathroom that can be accessed through the bedroom or hallway. Enjoy the seasonal gulf views and easy beach access directly from the unit's porch and a gated communal pool for the condo complex with lounge area. Palms of Dune Allen is a quaint 24-unit complex. Dune Thyme is in short proximity to the boardwalk to the beach and communal pool. Enjoy the overlook of sunset within a few steps of the back door! You are within short drive to the many shops and dining of Gulf Place and Santa Rosa Golf & Beach Club is within a short distance as well. The Palms of Dune Allen offers a private beach access to the beach boardwalk and a gated, communal pool.

Parking:
Dune Thyme has designated parking for one vehicle in the gated parking lot, anyone found with more than one vehicle is subject to fine and/or towing at their own expense.

Reservation/Booking Policy
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.

    No beach view behind the dunes, but on the beach with easy access. Close enough to bike to restaurants. Unit and facility not pristine, but somewhat dated and rusty. Overall nice stay as on the beach was what we were needing.

    We really loved Dune Thyme. The photos and description were exactly as noted. Prettier in person. It was clean and fully equipped for anything we needed. Until 103 is on the bottom floor and normally we are concerned about noise, but pleasantly surprised no noise from renters above us and no noise from other neighbors. The king bed in the master was just yummy. We slept so well. We didn’t have a view of the gulf due to the foliage/berm, but we knew that going in. But we could hear the ocean. Very relaxing. We were only steps from the stairs to the beach. SO convenient! Literally less than 1 min walk from our chairs to the unit. The unit is in the heart of Santa Rosa… 1/2 mile from Stinkey’s and 1/4 mile from Shunk Gulley and great shopping. We didn’t use the bikes provided, but they are included. We also LOVED the security of the Palms on Dune Allen. We had security codes for everything. Most of all, we felt at home and we will be back to this unit again. Hopefully sooner than later! Thanks for helping us relax and make great memories.

    This condo is a beautiful spot to relax and enjoy 30A. Very comfortable and clean. Beach and pool access is so easy. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. We will be staying here again when we come back to the beach.

    Exceptional property. Beach was beautiful, clean, and easily accessible from the condo. The unit was great - The kitchen had everything you would want for your stay, the bedrooms were spacious and the property was safe. Location was perfect - short bike ride to good restaurants (Shunk Gulley, etc.), coffee, shops, and ice cream, and a short car ride to grocery stores and other restaurants. Highly recommend the property.

    Our family enjoyed a fun, refreshing stay in this freshly renovated condo. Located on the ground floor, it provided a perfect home base for our days by the sea. Our family has enjoyed staying at The Palms for many years, and appreciate the low-key, gulf front accommodations it offers as well as a rare, uncrowded stretch of beautiful beachfront. The drawbacks to this particular unit are that it comes with only one parking space, is considerably more expensively priced than other units, and the management company could have been more responsive to an issue we had with the wi-fi connection while working remotely. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Dune Thyme.

    Renting was easy. My family rented four 1st floor condos and Dune Tyme was the favorite. For dinner we would all meet at our condo- it was perfect for entertaining. 2 negatives- the washers and dryer were extremely small. The condos only have enough parking for 1 car per condo and you have to find your own overnight parking for extra cars.
