The Space:

The great room centers around a gas fireplace with leather sofa seating, smart TV with streaming, and a reading nook with chair and ottoman. The galley kitchen comes fully equipped with all major appliances, cookware, and dining ware, plus a drip coffee maker for early risers. Gather at the dining table with seating for 6, then step out to the second-floor balcony or first-floor deck, both with café tables for 4. A gas grill stands ready for outdoor cooking. Bedroom 1 holds a king bed, TV, deck access, and ensuite bathroom with oversized vanity and shower/tub combo. Bedroom 2 offers a king bed and ensuite bathroom with oversized vanity and walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 includes a twin bed with twin trundle and a workstation with desk and chair. Washer and dryer in-unit. Two dedicated parking spaces: one street parking in front, one in back. No garage access. An exterior security camera monitors the front entrance area. In winter, cozy up by the fire after a day at Mt. Bachelor. In summer, the Deschutes River trail system connects you to miles of waterfront exploration.

Guest Access:

Self check-in details provided before arrival. Parking for 2 vehicles maximum: one street space in front of the home, one additional space in back. No garage access. AWD or 4WD required during winter months due to snow and ice conditions. An exterior security camera monitors the front door and entrance area for security purposes.



The Neighborhood:

The Old Mill District is less than half a mile away, putting Deschutes Brewery, REI, and dozens of shops and restaurants within a 10-minute walk along the scenic Deschutes River. Cross the river to reach Hayden Homes Amphitheater for live music with Cascade Range views. Downtown Bend sits 2 miles away, home to the High Desert Museum and the famous Bend Ale Trail with over 30 breweries and taprooms. Pilot Butte, an extinct volcano with panoramic summit views, is a 5-minute drive. Trailheads into Deschutes National Forest are within 15 minutes, and the Lava River Cave at Newberry National Volcanic Monument offers underground exploration year-round.



Getting Around:

Bend is located along Highway 97 in Central Oregon. The townhome sits just off Century Drive, the main route west to Cascade Lakes and Mt. Bachelor. Downtown Bend is 2 miles east, about 5 minutes by car. Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort is 22 miles west, a 30-minute drive in good conditions. Redmond Municipal Airport (RDM) is 18 miles north, about 25 minutes. Smith Rock State Park is 24 miles north, roughly 30 minutes. Sunriver Resort is 16 miles south, a 20-minute drive.
