The fully stocked kitchen encompasses a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and stove/oven. We supply dishes, glassware, pot and pan sets, a toaster, a blender, and a coffee maker. For specialized items such as a wok, rice steamer, or crockpot, we recommend bringing your own, as these are not provided. Enjoy complimentary amenities, including free Wi-Fi, cable TV in the rooms, and local phone service. Sheets and towel sets are provided for your stay, though they cannot be changed out. A full washer and dryer are also available in this unit. While we provide a single-use box of detergent, you may wish to bring extra if you plan to do laundry. An iron and ironing board are included. This resort is pet-free, smoke-free, and strictly prohibits trailers.

We’re all about making sure you have an amazing stay! A $250 security deposit hold will be placed on your card to cover any potential damage. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll just need you to fill out and sign the rental agreement before we share the check-in details. But don’t worry, these don’t apply to Airbnb bookings. Family groups only. Should a group misrepresent themselves, they will be required to vacate the premises immediately without refund. We reserve the right to refund deposits, refuse rental, or discontinue occupancy if, in our opinion, the tenant is detrimental to the property.

CANCELLATION/DEPOSIT REFUND POLICY:
If you cancel your reservation more than 14 days in advance of your arrival date, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to your arrival date, you will forfeit the entire (100%) rental fee. All cancellations must be made by phone (call us at 855-44-SWEET). You cannot cancel a reservation online. The company reserves the right to cancel the booking for any reason. In this instance all monies paid to the owner will be refunded. The company will not be liable for any other costs incurred by the client. The company is not liable for loss or delay incurred by fire, flood, terrorist activity, political unrest, strikes, riots, war, any technical &/or weather problems with transport, adverse weather conditions or any other event beyond their control.

CLIENTS PROPERTY: The clients using the swimming pool or other facilities of the property do so at their own risk. Injury, damage or loss to the client’s property is his or her own responsibility.

• It is agreed that the Premises shall be used only for residential purposes, no animals and for no other purpose whatsoever.
• Tenant in the possession, use and occupancy of the Premises agrees to observe and comply with all restrictions, laws and ordinances affecting the Premises or occupancy thereof.
• Tenant further agrees that no use shall be made of the Premises, or acts done which will increase the existing rate of insurance upon the Premises, or will cause a cancellation of any insurance policy covering the Premises.

    We enjoyed our quick fall break stay. The condo is perfect for a family wanting more room than what a hotel offers. Communication with the host was excellent. Everything was clean for the most part (windows and blinds could use a cleaning) and beds were comfortable. We did find a couple of dirty dishes in the cabinet but guessing that was from a previous guest. Not the owner's fault. Also not sure if there was supposed to be a blow dryer but we could not find one. Minor inconvenience. Even though the condo is close to everything, it is tucked back off the main road so it is quiet which is nice. Perfect for a family with young kids having an indoor,outdoor pool and playground area. Parking lot had plenty of parking. Nice walking trail and enjoyed the view from the balcony. Nice bonus with the free ticket to Dollywood! Would recommend staying here.

    Fan in guest bedroom couldn’t turn off light. Toilet seat in main bathroom was broken. Kitchen floor was sticky. Fireplace couldn’t be turned on. Soundbar for tv couldn’t adjust volume.

    Booked a last minute quick trip and very pleased with the entire process of booking, check-in, cleanless of room, location is great. Good place to stay if you’ve got kids, nice playground and pool area. Owner is really quick to respond to any questions.

    Overall everything was great. Unlocking and locking the door was tricky, took us a good couple of days to get the hang of it. Upon entering the unit it smelled clean and looked that way as well. The master bathroom toilet and surrounding was not exactly clean (looked like someone had too much fun with red wine and it didn’t all go down the toilet, lol), we went out and bought cleaner for that. The grout and baseboards need attention in that bathroom as well, in addition to the flushability of that toilet. Moving forward to the extra bathroom. Overall it was fine but the water ran constantly on that toilet. Since it was just my husband, daughter and myself. We just shut off the water to the toilet and she used ours. After the first day we noticed a kinda “stale” smell. It was kind of like the smell of a home being closed up for a while. Purchased a room spray and that seemed to work. Lastly, when looking for monsters under the bed there was not any trash just a ton (and I mean a ton) of dust bunnies, the same is true for underneath the other bed. It is extraordinarily important to note that I am sure if I had contacted Tracy that these things would have been rectified. It just wasn’t a huge deal to us. We just wanted to have a good time and not worry about the small things but what is small for us maybe huge to others. This is just a honest review. Overall, I would recommend this place and stay again. It’s close to everything, the pool is great and the view is amazing!

    Property had the amenities advertised, but the unit was very dirty. Trash under sofa, dirty rug in bathroom, cob webbs and dirt behind all trash cans, dust on many fictures and no pillowcases for the pull out bed/pillows

    Location was great. And check in instructions were great as well. After that is went downhill. Sheets had obviously not been changed. Not only was there hair in the bed, but on the pillow. I called the property management company, thinking there would be someone manning the phones. I wanted clean sheets. It was 11:30 pm, so it was late, ( we had gotten there late), we kept doing a phone tag thing, and I was sent a text saying that they were with another customer so texting would be faster. I texted abouy how dirty it was, she called back. She informed me it HAD been cleaned 2 days ago and I could leave right then and she would refund my money. I wanted clean sheets. I brushed off the sheets as best I could and sprayed it all down with Lysol that I always carry with me. Also, the floor had not been swept, garbage was in the dresser and night stand drawers, soap pump bottles had been filled with water, dish washing liquid was empty, makeup towels in bathrooms were dirty, there was a shirt on the floor in the master bedroom and a swimsuit out on the deck. Chair in the bedroom was stained. Hair all over the bathroom floor, the nightstands were covered in dust and other little things. Our friend wanted some cereal and the first 3 bowls he took from the cupboard were dirty. We bought Clorox wipes and wiped down everything. It also needed repairs. The fridge leaked, the toilets either didn't flush well or were loose, front door was hard to close and lock.
