We truly enjoyed this condo. Its just as advertised. We plan to stay here again. Correspondence with host was punctual and efficient.
Nice location and rooms. Never had a reason to talk to staff about anything.
We have been staying at the property for years and love the location and condos, unfortunately the room was listed as a 3 bedroom 2 bath and it was definitely not! Because we had stayed so many times I did not read the description of the condo to see that the owner felt it was ok to list the living room as a bedroom too. We were very disappointed to find that my children did not have a proper room as listed on the first screen. When we called to talk to someone about this we were on the phone for over 2 hours with no one wanting to take responsibility for the misleading information. I hope that this will not happen to another family but we have learned our lesson and will not be booking through this site again.
I would give it a 10 but the lazy river wasn't work for some reason so in this case I give it a 9 . The condo was great it gets a 10
I wanted a unit with ease of access for my aging parents. This unit was ideal. They enjoyed the frounds and balcony as well as easy access to the car without steps!
Everything was just as advertised and it was clean.
This property looked just right for My Birthday trip. But upon arrival soon realized things just weren't quite right! The condo had NOT been inspected and lacked in the cleanliness area. I found a bathing suit on the floor, jewelry on dresser & trash on the table. I returned to the office, filled them in on my findings & told them I was going out & needed a cleaned room upon return. Jessica was totally apologetic. As we returned there was no notice, no apology, etc from the night shift attendant letting me know room was ready. I continued to find issues. The sliding glass door didn't lock securely, so I had to rig something to stick in the track. I wore socks inside the condo & realized after just a few trips back & forth my socks were black! I found dried blood on extra pillows. I was appalled. The kitchen was somewhat stocked but the handles were loose on the pans making them unsafe. I didn't find any tools to tighten handles. The indoor pool was not open (this was made known on the vrbo site) But no mention of closed lazy river. The free tickets were even another issue. I talked with the office several times during my stay. Jessica & Dallas were attentive. But I wasn't able to check out early & get a refund. My cleaning fee was credited back and I was given 1 extra free Titanic ticket. But my goodness, this trip was a disaster as far as the VRBO, Whispering Pines property. I should expect a full refund for All.
Everything about this property was even better than expected. We loved our family time there and it was such a bonus to be in a beautiful place that was so close to local attractions!
We loved that there were no stairs to climb making it easy to load and unload. It was very convenient to all the attractions in Pigeon Forge. Everything was very clean and it had everything we needed for our stay! We would definitely stay here again!
Amazing, staff at resort were wonderful, extremely polite and helpful. Will definitely stay there again
