For specialized items such as a wok, rice steamer, or crockpot, we recommend bringing your own, as these are not provided. Enjoy complimentary amenities, including free Wi-Fi, cable TV in the rooms, and local phone service. Sheets and towel sets are provided for your stay, though they cannot be changed out. A full washer and dryer are also available in this unit. While we provide a single-use box of detergent, you may wish to bring extra if you plan to do laundry. An iron and ironing board are included. We’re all about making sure you have an amazing stay! A $250 security deposit hold will be placed on your card to cover any potential damage. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll just need you to fill out and sign the rental agreement before we share the check-in details. But don’t worry, these don’t apply to Airbnb bookings. Family groups only. Should a group misrepresent themselves, they will be required to vacate the premises immediately without refund. We reserve the right to refund deposits, refuse rental, or discontinue occupancy if, in our opinion, the tenant is detrimental to the property.

CANCELLATION/DEPOSIT REFUND POLICY:
If you cancel your reservation more than 14 days in advance of your arrival date, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to your arrival date, you will forfeit the entire (100%) rental fee. All cancellations must be made by phone (call us at 855-44-SWEET). You cannot cancel a reservation online. The company reserves the right to cancel the booking for any reason. In this instance all monies paid to the owner will be refunded. The company will not be liable for any other costs incurred by the client. The company is not liable for loss or delay incurred by fire, flood, terrorist activity, political unrest, strikes, riots, war, any technical &/or weather problems with transport, adverse weather conditions or any other event beyond their control.

CLIENTS PROPERTY: The clients using the swimming pool or other facilities of the property do so at their own risk. Injury, damage or loss to the client’s property is his or her own responsibility.

• Tenant hereby assumes any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold Landlord harmless from and indemnify Landlord against the same.

USE:
• It is agreed that the Premises shall be used only for residential purposes, no animals and for no other purpose whatsoever.
• Tenant in the possession, use and occupancy of the Premises agrees to observe and comply with all restrictions, laws and ordinances affecting the Premises or occupancy thereof.
• Tenant further agrees that no use shall be made of the Premises, or acts done which will increase the existing rate of insurance upon the Premises, or will cause a cancellation of any insurance policy covering the Premises.
• Smoking is not permitted in any residence. A $150 fee may be charged for ionization, if smoking in the property is detected.

    Beautiful property. The unit was as described. Indoor and outdoor pools were great to have in the heat although they were somewhat dirty. The playground was nice to have to amuse the kids.

    I can't recommend this place until it goes through a deep clean. The floor throughout the house was sticky and dirty. I like to be able to walk barefoot in my house and doing so here left my foot black and dirty. I always had to wash my feet before going to bed. The floor throughout the condo needs a deep clean to lift the filth, not just mopped up and spread around.The entire space just felt cold and empty. It felt like there was an attempt to decorate the place but there is no cohesive theme to the place. It ultimately just looks old and tired. As soon as we walked in, I noticed that there was a hole in the door for the washer/dryer closet. I immediately messaged the host.Later in the night, I attempted to use the small cocktail table and nearly dropped my MacBook and phone as the table top came toppling down. The table top was no longer attached to its base and was simply just layed back on top the base. All of the screws were stripped out. We tried to use the hot tub our first night there and the hot water ran out before we could fill the tub to a usable capacity so we just decided no to use the tub during our our five-day stay.I like the location. It's right on the parkway and close to all of the major attractions. Of course with the six-lane parkway, it can be difficult to make a left turn leaving the Mountainview Condo complex so plan accordingly.

    The place needs to be updated. The door to the bathroom had damage at the top, and the walls need to be repainted. Other than that, it was clean besides a few cob webs (which I know can happen) and the master bed is very comfy.

    Great location, good size condo big enough for my family of 6. Bunk bed nook was a hit with the teens they loved it. Full kitchen with dishes and cooking pans nice big sectional with pull out bed . Only complaint was wifi issue would connect but not load anything online. and the condo could have been cleaned much better there was a few dirty dishes mixed in with clean and the bed side tables had sticky drink rings on them. Shower has a rusty thing on the wall that should be removed can scrape you. Overall a perfect spot to stay in pigeon forge. Quiet condo with heated indoor pool access which is alot of fun even in the cold. This place is in a very prime location and great price. Host was cery responsive. Would stay again :) definitely already recommended to my friends and family !

    This was a very nice condo on the first floor. booking was easy and everything was as stated in the listing.we found a few small maintenence issues and notified Traci (who was nice and very easy to deal with),and the maintenence men were knocking on our door within a couple hours and took care of them. the unit is well kept and clean and had everything we needed. we would definetly book this unit again. This is our second booking through Hazelrig enterprises and we've been happy with both.

    Clean property, however will not return because mattresses are so uncomfortable - we did not get a good rest at all. People need to sleep comfortably after a long drive and activities, and this is the condo with very hard mattress in the bedroom and in kids bunks. Bed linens are limited and very cheap, not cotton. We ended up going to Marshalls and buying cotton linens and mattress pad, just to have a decent sleep. TV is making static noise when changing channels, remotes for fireplace do not have batteries in them to work, Bath tub is impossible to fill and enjoy since there is not enough hot water in the heater. Other than that it's ok. Plenty of parking, nice grounds, pool is ok.

    Needs work. Kitchen sink is loose from countertop. Sofa and loveseat have torn cushions. Sofa is particularly uncomfortable to sit on. Wiring from missing smoke detector in living room hangs loose. Rugs were turned up at corners (tripping hazard) Call to manager resulted in fix by maintenance promptly. Location is excellent

    Condo was clean and nicely decorated. We had no hot water & washer wasn't working so first night we had to call for maintenance. Maintenance fixed water heater and said he would be back next day to fix washer. He didn't. So at 7 pm when we returned we had to call again. It was around 10 before he showed. We called in between just asking for more towels and were told they couldn't give us more towels. So I asked if we can't have towels and our washer doesn't work what are we to do? When maintenance did show up he had 3 towels. Maintenance came back next day to fix washer. We received a text it was working. So we came back to condo to start towels. Washer didn't work. Talk about frustrating! I called again. About an hour later received another text it was fixed. When we arrived this time it was fixed. Thank goodness! Overall condo was good and clean. Couch cushions were torn a little and area rugs were curled up on corners.

    There were a few things I could point out as not perfect, but they weren’t BIG issues. Master Bed mattress was hard/firm (some may prefer it that way), fireplace didn’t work it came on once and shut itself back off in about 30 seconds and wouldn’t come back on. the top bunk mattress cover had orange spots on it like a drink had spilled and not washed. I loved that it was bottom level and had direct access within steps of the parking lot. It was close to all the area attractions. The heated indoor pool was awesome. The kitchen was nice and the bathrooms were SUPER clean. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others.
