The outdoor pool boasts a playful mushroom water feature, perfect for the enjoyment of children or even yourself, and is heated typically in April and May, depending on the outside temperature. The indoor pool maintains an inviting temperature and is heated year-round. Our resort presents an abundance of space, featuring several gathering and picnic areas, along with outdoor grills. A highlight is our newest amenity – a quarter-mile walking trail on our expansive five-acre green space. The grounds further showcase a variety of outdoor activities, such as tetherball, a volleyball court, horseshoes, two playgrounds, a basketball court, and shuffleboard. The sprawling area ensures an enjoyable experience for both you and your children! All buildings at our resort feature elevators for accessibility. Units are wheelchair accessible. Each unit offers free parking for your car.

The fully stocked kitchen encompasses a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and stove/oven. We supply dishes, glassware, pot and pan sets, a toaster, a blender, and a coffee maker. For specialized items such as a wok, rice steamer, or crockpot, we recommend bringing your own, as these are not provided. Enjoy complimentary amenities, including free Wi-Fi, cable TV in the rooms, and local phone service. Sheets and towel sets are provided for your stay, though they cannot be changed out. A full washer and dryer are also available in this unit. While we provide a single-use box of detergent, you may wish to bring extra if you plan to do laundry. An iron and ironing board are included. This resort is pet-free, smoke-free, and strictly prohibits trailers.

Dollywood, softball fields, and The Island, featuring Margaritaville and Paula Deen`s, are approximately 2 miles away.

Please note that trailer or car hauler parking is strictly prohibited, and alternative arrangements can be coordinated through property management.

GUESTS MAKING RESERVATIONS MUST BE 23 OR OLDER

We’re all about making sure you have an amazing stay! A $250 security deposit hold will be placed on your card to cover any potential damage. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll just need you to fill out and sign the rental agreement before we share the check-in details. But don’t worry, these don’t apply to Airbnb bookings. Thanks for helping us keep everything running smoothly!

ABSOLUTELY NO HOUSE PARTIES
Family groups only. Should a group misrepresent themselves, they will be required to vacate the premises immediately without refund. We reserve the right to refund deposits, refuse rental, or discontinue occupancy if, in our opinion, the tenant is detrimental to the property.
Grilling is prohibited on decks, balconies and directly adjacent to buildings.
No fireworks of any kind are allowed.

CANCELLATION/DEPOSIT REFUND POLICY:
If you cancel your reservation more than 14 days in advance of your arrival date, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to your arrival date, you will forfeit the entire (100%) rental fee. All cancellations must be made by phone (call us at 855-44-SWEET). You cannot cancel a reservation online. The company reserves the right to cancel the booking for any reason. In this instance all monies paid to the owner will be refunded. The company will not be liable for any other costs incurred by the client. The company is not liable for loss or delay incurred by fire, flood, terrorist activity, political unrest, strikes, riots, war, any technical &/or weather problems with transport, adverse weather conditions or any other event beyond their control.

CLIENTS PROPERTY: The clients using the swimming pool or other facilities of the property do so at their own risk. Injury, damage or loss to the client’s property is his or her own responsibility.

• Tenant hereby assumes all risk of damage to any and all personal property of Landlord and Tenant, including household furniture and goods during such use and occupancy.
• Tenant hereby assumes any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold Landlord harmless from and indemnify Landlord against the same.

USE:
• It is agreed that the Premises shall be used only for residential purposes, no animals and for no other purpose whatsoever.
• Tenant in the possession, use and occupancy of the Premises agrees to observe and comply with all restrictions, laws and ordinances affecting the Premises or occupancy thereof.
• Tenant further agrees that no use shall be made of the Premises, or acts done which will increase the existing rate of insurance upon the Premises, or will cause a cancellation of any insurance policy covering the Premises.
• Smoking is not permitted in any residence. A $150 fee may be charged for ionization, if smoking in the property is detected.

    We stayed during Rod Run in Pigeon Forge which was very noisy in itself but the property was excellent. The lock on our door kept jamming and it was difficult to get in most times but that view from our balcony made up for that for sure. I would recommend this property definitely.

    The condo itself could use a good deep clean. Great for a short stay. If staying longer the unit could be a bit better outfitted with some basic kitchen staples. Pricing was very resasonable and location was fantastic!!

    Nice place m. Remote didn’t work had to manually change. Could use more updated channels: channels 40 years old plus. More pots and pans, dishes and bowls Otherwise, a nice place.

    Needs updating and maintenance. Primary bathroom door would not stay closed. Main entry door had to be bolted or it would blow open. ( not latching properly) Slight musty smell.

    Condo was overall decent. Needs to be updated and some repairs done. Had to improvise curtains in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms since the kids go to bed before dark. Showers weren’t the cleanest but the rest of the condo was fine. Beds were quite comfy
