Stayed Sep 12, 2025We walked into our room with this view and a musty smell. I called immediately and asked if they could at least send someone to put the ceiling tile back in and no one ever came. I felt like a rat was about to jump out of there at any moment. There was apparently some sort of leak?? Also the AC vents sound like a jet taking off and would wake you each time they came on! The vents would blow and rattle the window covers- it was very annoying. We left early because we are exhausted and ready to get home to rest!
