They offer a text service so you don’t have to call to communicate with them. Very responsive. The condo was clean, kitchen stocked with all things you might need. The towels could use an upgrade! They are small and don’t fit around a fluffy person.

We were very impressed with our stay. The condo was extremely clean and welcoming. We enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrellas that were in the balcony closet.

The condo was great. Awesome views. Right on the beach. Had beach chairs/umbrellas for us to use in the closet on the balcony which was helpful! Location of the building is close to everything.

Upon arrival that evening, we discovered there were no face towels and also there was not a coffee pot as advertised. Had to make a second run to the store for those items. Shower and spare bathroom is extremely small. Cleanliness of the unit was OK but floors were not. Would recommend or rent this unit again.

We had an awesome trip! Unit was just as pictured and perfect for our family of 4. The kids loved the sand toys and we loved having chairs to bring down to the beach everyday! Views and beach were fantastic and not as crowded as other parts of the beach.

We love staying at Surf Side Shores. It’s convenient to everything but not too close.

On the negative side the electrical outlet on the balcony was pushed in so far it was unusable . The kitchen could use a few more pots.. The towels were very scratchy. But overlooking all of that it was a very nice . when approving the bill, make sure there are the right amount of parking passes. They charge me for two and I only had one vehicle.

My family and I had the best time at the beach! The condo was very clean when we arrived and we will definitely be back to stay!

Everything was good. The only complaint that I have is the second bedroom had sand in the bed as if the sheets haven’t been washed. The view was beautiful.

We were high enough to spot dolphins from our balcony. My husband loved that there was a security person on watch when we arrived. The kitchen was supplied with everything, blender, food processor and a hand mixer. It also has a little storage room on the balcony full of beach chairs, cooler on wheels, and umbrellas, but my husband didn’t want to mess with it, so we rented the beach chairs that were already set up. The rental chairs were a good price. The ocean was free of jellyfish and seaweed. It was a great stay. Would love to stay there again.

My family & I very much enjoyed our recent visit to Gulf Shores, & this condo. The condo was updated, the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in, & the beds & furniture were beautiful & comfortable. We hope to stay here again.
