Location great. Actual unit is ok. Outdated and the master bathroom is not very user friendly. But overall great place.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented in this condo for the last two years with wonderful experiences, and this one was absolutely awful. Would never stay back in this condo again. It was outdated and filthy and disgusting. There were multiple stains on all the bed covers and drapes, couches were awful and uncomfortable and feet were black if you took your shoes off for even a minute. The ice machine was broken and we contacted maintenance 3 times with no fix. Drains in two of the showers would not drain so you had to stand in water when you showered. The only good thing about this unit was the washer and dryer. Highly disappointed in this stay and would not recommend at all.

Faucet in tub front bathroom needs to be fixed. Had trouble trying to get it regulated. Knob was not working right. Condo was clean and everything was as the ad said. Very pleased with it and the location.

The location is perfect and the access to the beach and pool could not be any more convenient. The view is spectacular! The condo could definitely use some trim paint - I know it is the end of the season but it was pretty beat up. The bathrooms are all pretty dated especially the front one. You have everything you need for the kitchen except a place to put your own items and supplies. They have to go on the counter which is limited or on the floor. Of course the weather was terrible but the view from the balcony is so beautiful and calming it turned out just fine. This is our 40th year to Gulf Shores and we will be back!

The size of both units was perfect we enjoyed sitting on the balcony and the outdoor pools. We also used the grills to cook out for the 4th of July.We will definitely be coming back next year!!! I love the location of the condo. The condo could be updated with bedding and furniture. The furniture was not comfortable.

Room was not the same as in pictures. Throw up and poop all over the walls and balconies. TV broken and not working Room wasn't clean. Will not stay at this condo again. Lay out of rooms wasn't the same as online. Literally poop on the curtains leading to balcony. Property was over priced for quality
