Stayed Jul 5, 2025The property is as advertised. Great view of the gulf. Access to the elevators and the beach was easy and fast. We had an issue with the dishwasher but the management company was very quick to respond. We would stay here again.

Stayed Jun 28, 2025Adult family vacation. This condo had everything you could possibly need. Well stocked, the garbage disposal leaked, they sent someone up immediately to fix it. We will definitely stay here again. The complimentary beach chairs were so nice. The balcony was huge, multiple people can be on it and not feel crowded . I can’t say enough good things about this place.

Reviewer Comments: Some things that needed attention:The thermostat won't go under 69 and the condo stayed at 72/74.The TV in the living room or either the internet is patchy because movies would buffer. The ceiling fans wobble quit a bit. The ice maker in the frig doesn't work. Other than this, our stay was awesome

Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at this condo, and was impressed by the amount of space inside, and the balcony, as well! The view was perfect, and the walk to the beach was effortless. Check-in was really easy, even after hours, by swinging by the office, which is en route to the property, and grabbing the key. We'd certainly recommend this for your next stay at Fort Walton Beach!

Stayed Jul 24, 2023This was the first time in Ft. Walton and it was a great choice to stay. Checking in was quick and easy, room was clean and ready when we got there, updates have been done that adds character! Family friendly and quiet place to vacation.

It did not ever really cool down properly and we lost a lot of meat we were going to cook that week.

Stayed Apr 1, 2023Loved this condo! Bar area was awesome, kitchen, and bedrooms were spacious and clean. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. The balcony was huge and had a gorgeous view!!
