The living room includes a queen-size sleeper sofa for additional guests and opens to a spacious private balcony with beach views. The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, a private en-suite bathroom, and glass sliding doors providing direct balcony access and gulf views. The second bedroom is furnished with two queen-size beds. A second full-size bathroom is conveniently located for guests. A dedicated laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer is also included for convenience.
