    Host is extremely communicative and answered all our questions timely leading up to our stay and during our stay which was appreciated. Location for us was perfect. We were in the 4th floor out of 6 so great view as we were ocean front. Every day we watched the humpback whales breaching and splashing from the balcony. Condo is well appointed for all our needs. We were 5 people (2 couples and a single) so everyone had their own room. 2 bathrooms was no problem for us. Plenty of towels, tp and paper towels for our 9 day stay. We were nervous that there wouldn’t be space at the pool each day as it was 1.1-1.9 but we never had an issue with space at the pool or beach . We never had noise issues within condo or at the pool so it was perfect for us who wanted quiet time. We were concerned road noise would be an issue but honestly the waves are louder and only occasionally did we notice road noise. The road construction and traffic is a bit of a pain at the moment but it impacts everyone along the corridor towards SJDC so we just dealt with it when we went out. It takes about 10 min to drive into SJDC most times but with construction it can take a bitLonger . We drove into Cabo at least 4x which took about 30 min. We would absolutely stay again and we all were teary eyed to leave. The beach in front of the condo is swimmable and there is a Long Beach for daily walks. Lots of surfing too as there is a surf break next to the condo but again waves were not treacherous in front

    We spent a week in the condo & everything was great from booking to checkin & the attention to detail. We really enjoyed the condo, the beach & San Jose. We would definitely stay here again.

    Phenomenal place, especially if you like to surf, as there are three surf breaks within a few hundred yards of the property. If you don't surf, it still offers great views, is very close to downtown San Jose del Cabo, grocery stores, etc.

    Property is well maintained, clean, and Carlene and Omar were great hosts. Omar was there to great us and walk us through the check in process. Some road noise, but the view of the ocean and wave out front could not be any better. We could lie in bed, drink coffee, and watch the waves to determine the best time to surf. Overall, an amazing stay. We will be back!

    Poor communication between management and cleaning staff. Unit wasn’t ready. Dirty dishes, dirty laundry, garbage, and food left out in the kitchen and tables. Yes the cleaning staff came but we had to vacate while the staff cleaned. Felt like the cleaning was very rushed and incomplete. Floors were still dirty as were the counters. The unit is next to the highway and you can hear the traffic especially when large trucks use the Jake brake. Very loud. The dishes were all chipped and the cooking pans need replacement. Holes in the walls in the living room. Property has the location and the view. Definitely needs to be refreshed.

    Furniture condition 2 stars (every cloth surface on the couch, on the patio furniture, on the kitchen chairs is worn, stained and needs upgrading) Traffic 1 star (highway runs behind the building and big trucks use their air brakes allll day long) You absolutely can't beat this location. I didn't think I would love sitting on the patio watching the ocean and the surfers but it was so fun. This complex has seen better days, I would not love to be an owner here... deferred maintenace, deferred capital improvements, this was I'm sure a 5 star facility when it was built (25+ years ago)... but it has seen better days... everything is just shabby, the HOA needs to spend serious $ on exterior paint, fencing upgrades, pool upgrades, and 25% more per month on cleaning common areas. This didn't directly affect our visit, but don't be thinking you're staying at a 5 star FACILITY... when it's 2 stars. The owner of this unit needs to: replace sectional, replace cushions on kitchen and patio furniture, replace shower heads, fix leak on master bathroom faucet, buy bigger TV for the living room. All are about to fall below 2 star condition Sidenote... there were no ice trays... I bought two.. enjoy... we also only had 2 rolls of toilet paper... so I guess 4.5 stars for mgmt... This unit was priced perfectly. we felt like we got excellent value and if you are budget conscious like we were then you'll appreciate the spectacular ocean location and view on a Hampton Inn budget

    We spent spring break with our 2 boys and their 2 friends. Carlene was the best owner I’ve ever worked with. She answered all of my questions and was very helpful. She went over and beyond. This condo was in the perfect area. Very peaceful, not crowded with access to other areas. We enjoyed our trip! Thank you

    The location and proximity to the ocean cannot be beat! We have stayed before a floor up but prefer the this unit as it blocks the lights from traffic being lower. The whole experience at this location is so relaxed.
