SUPER NICE beachfront condo with Sunset views

The property is located within a gated community which we loved b/c it wasn't crowded and super quiet as we were among the locals. This condo was perfect size for family of four, we enjoyed multiple bathrooms and bedrooms. The wrap patio was amazing, we utilized it every day, beautiful views of the ocean. The pool was very crowded, but we managed to find seats each day. The beach wasn't crowded at all, you could walk to it (10 mins as the beach/water is slightly further than you first think). Location was also close enough to walk to multiple restaurants. We enjoy Marco Island b/c of it being small in size, beautiful beaches, and more that low key, local feel.

Wonderful property and location

This was my third stay at South Seas Marco Island in a year. This condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is clean and well kept. The balcony faces west, giving you spectacular views in general, but specially of the sunsets. I will definitely consider this condo again for a future stay.

This was our second trip to this condo...different unit. Both instances were great. Place was clean with great views of the lagoon and gulf. Definitely would recommend.

Our first time in Marco Island and it didn’t disappoint. The condo was beautiful inside. Spacious, clean, and cozy. The wrap around balcony provided amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. There are many nearby restaurants that we tried and all were EXCELLENT! We didn’t want to leave but will definitely be back.

This was a very nice place to stay. The access to the beach was fantastic and the home was exactly as pictured in the description. I will share some comments because property management may not be aware and would definitely impact a return to for me. The kitchen needs some attention. There was only one usable fry pan. All other pans were dangerously scratched and dirty. ALL utensils need a good run through the dishwasher. Cupboard and drawers need to be washed down. Lots of dirt in them which made me unfordable to use anything. Cleaning crew should look at pots, pans, and utensils before the next guest arrives. I had to scrub food off the spatula and thongs that I used. The beach chairs provided are super old. When spending the amount of money we did for this trip, I would have expected some nice backpack beach chairs with a cooler. These chairs were rusted and only 2 were backpacks, which made it difficult to carry to the beach. We are lucky we are thin people or we wouldn't have fit in them. Master bathroom drain needs to be fixed as it backs up in seconds. It's evident this is an ongoing issue based on the condition of the tile. The main bath was not usable for a shower because the gauge to switch to the shower didn't work. Forced to take a bath in that bathroom. This being said, the team at Horizon was responsive upon booking and I called them at arrive and departure and they were fantastic. We rent a lot through VRBO and ABNB and wanted to share. Despite this negative feedback, we did enjoy our time at this condo.

Amazing vacation with unbeatable views of the beach from the entire condo. Will definitely be returning!
