This is the most amazing VRBO! Varinia is absolutely wonderful in every way with making sure that your stay is comfortable, fun and relaxing. Her home has everything you will need to have a perfect vacation, and if you have any questions, she's ready and willing to get them answered. She has all processes in place to make your vacation the best you've ever had. The property itself is gorgeous!! Super clean, only a very short walk to the immaculate beach, it's a vacationers dream come true. We have a family of 4 who stayed here for a week, and it was perfect in every way. Easy walk to beach. Nice condo.

We had a great time at the condo. The location is just fantastic, only few meters away from the amazing private beach with own chairs. The house is very well equiped with everything that was needed, especially the sand toys were highly appreciated by the kids. Communication with the manager was very easy and helpful.

We really enjoyed the condo in all respects; it was clean, comfortable, well appointed, well decorated. We had a two week stay and we had a great time and were sad to leave.The location was terrific, especially the short walk out the key coded front door and down a sandy walkway to a great section of private beach devoted to Siest Beach House. Having chairs and lounges already down there for you to take made it so easy to just get up and get to the beach. Bonus: you didn’t even have to bring them back as they were collected every night after sunset by staff.Very good location for access to Siesta Key Village as well as off the Key into Sarasota and further.Varinia, the owner, was a special treat in her attentiveness and care for our happiness. She was always pleasant and respectful and engaging. We will return and I can attest that you will have a great time at this property on vacation in Siesta Key.

The host was an excellent and very prompt communicator. She was also very helpful when we encountered a very minor issue at check-in. We enjoyed everything about our stay and the super clean unit! We will definitely be back.

Clean Premesis. Amenities perfect for quick and efficient access to a magical beach. Everything neeeed for the beach is provided. Beach is 500 yard walk. Siesta Key village is .7 miles. Cute & Cozy.

The condo was very clean and updated. It had everything that we needed for a 5 night stay with two young kids, including a beach wagon, umbrella, beach towels and beach toys! Located just steps from the beautiful beach. The community pool was clean and well maintained. We had it to ourselves most of the time. Our trip was the week of the 4th of July - fireworks on the beach were an A!!

The location of this condo was perfect. We were right between the two areas on Siesta Key to eat and close to the south bridge to get back to the mainland and all the grocery stores and additional restaurants. The condo was tucked off the main road and very quiet. The access to the beach and chairs was great and the beach itself was amazing! Varinia was very responsive and helpful with all questions. We highly recommend this condo. It was comfortable and had everything we needed for a perfect vacation!

The only thing we didn’t care for were the stairs. They were narrow. Some lose floor tiles in the master bedroom. Otherwise wonderful stay!

Amazing, the property was clean,the neighborhood was quiet and the private access to the beach was the best part, definitely amazing.

Getaway for Mother’s Day weekend with the family! I would definitely recommend this to my family and friends! Very clean, and comfortable, very close to the beach!

Good location, could be more private.

No complaints, other than beach access. The gulf side gate guys defended that place like Fort Knox. Packing for a beach day with small kids made it much more of a hassle than just driving down to the public beach-which we ended up doing.

It was clean and beautiful. We had a great time!!!

We had a great family beach vacation. The unit is spacious and offers all the beachhead need for a great trip. Short walking distance to a private beach was great.
