Overall, we enjoyed our stay primarily due to this unit's proximity to the beach (walk right out on a private boardwalk to the beach), the pool, and proximity to dining and grocery stores. Those were the pros.One big pro with the property is that there are both traditional luggage carts and grocery carts for guests to load and take to their condos. Those came in very handy.Constructively, the owner's of this condo have focused more on decor than on practical amenities. While we were there the AC was struggling and it gradually got warmer each night. The last day we were there we wanted to wash and dry some towels to pack up before we left and the washing machine filled, but never drained. Other areas of improvement would be the beds, they were very loud. I assume because there are thick, protective covers on the mattresses? Also, in terms of decor, I would recommend removing some of the items on surfaces that guests need to put things on. For example, the master vanity is small, so leave that open vs. covering an already small surface with a vase. We still had a great family trip in Orange Beach. These are just some areas I think would really improve the guest experience while in the condo. Thank you all.

Very family friendly with several games to play. The beds were comfortable. The beach service staff were very friendly. The only issue we had was that the a/c stopped working late the night before we left. They did tell us that there had been an issue that was resolved before we checked in and to let them know if we had any problems.I did not report it at that time since we were leaving early the next morning. I did call the next day so that it could be fixed before the next reservation. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The people somewhere around our condo, maybe below or above, not sure, smoked everytime we we our on the balcony to eat or just sit with coffee in the morning. I think we have made our last vacation in a place that is for smokers. There were a lot of people who smoked all around us on the beach, too. Both of us have allergies and sinus issue that are very bothered by smoke!

We had an amazing time as a family. The condo was clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the access to the beach. Location to shopping and dining was amazing too. We could walk across the street to Walmart, a couple restaurants, and delicious ice cream. We did after hours checkin and it couldn’t have been easier. We will definitely return to stay again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked fairly last minute so take that into account. That said, the condo itself is in need of some detailed attention. It wasn't the worst, but for ~$1600 for 6 days, we expect paint to not be peeling, cabinets to not be covered in vinyl, there to be plugs in the bathtubs for a bath, and not to find dustbunnies under the furniture. The beds were alright but the sheets were loose and wouldn't stay on the beds. It's been remodeled but poorly. Our washer stopped working mid-way through the trip and while they did attempt to address it quickly, nothing could be done until the last day of our trip and at that point I just told them to wait until we'd checked out so we didn't have to mess with the logistics. The sofa was pretty dingy as well. All that said, the location was great and there were umbrellas at the pool for shade (something I didn't see at other properties). Beware of the jellyfish at the beach! Not sure if that's a seasonal thing or just comes with the territory. Everyone but me got stung multiple times, and while not serious at all, it could be a bummer for little kids. Late Checkin was easy though, and emergent issues were answered quickly.
