Comfy beds and fully equipped unit were nice. Floor grout was a bit dirty. Otherwise a pretty well maintained place. Good communication from manager.

This was our second stay in this condo. Communication with the host was excellent. The condo is very comfortable and in an excellent location. The balcony is amazing!

We booked this unit for 5 days 4 nights. The building is great, right on the beach. The balcony & outside furniture was a great hangout & the views were amazing. Every morning we saw dolphins in the Gulf of Mexico. Close to attractions, restaurants & stores. Pool was clean & refreshing. Beach access was convenient. Beach service was polite. Very quiet unit/building. Easy to get in & out of from the street. Check in was easy.

Awesome weekend.. property was perfect location, just as listing showed. Everything you need for a great stay was available. These aren’t big issues if we had stayed longer may have contacted for resolution—- tv in front bedroom would not work and new mattress pad and pillow protectors needed in main bedroom due to stains. Will stay again for sure.

Absolutely an Amazing trip! We had such a Fabulous time the view was incredible, the atmosphere was so peaceful. We want to thank our hosts for allowing us to stay. The condo was outstanding! The home was supplied with everything we needed, clean , quiet and perfect. Definitely will be staying again. Memories made and can't wait for more adventures.

Great condo. We were very happy here. Super clean. Kitchen has everything needed. Nice balcony to watch the waves with new furniture. Owner was very helpful. We highly recommend.

Clean but a little dated

We checked into the condo and found it to be exp what the pictures showed. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were spotless and the view from our balcony was beautiful!

We enjoy the smaller condo complexes. This one is older but well kept and convenient for family groups

The building we stayed in had just eight floors which I really like. Our unit was very clean and had tons of dishes, tupperware, silverware everything you need for a week. we were on the sixth floor with the patio overlooking the beach. brand new very nice furniture on the patio beds were great. Nothing negative to say about the stay. We enjoyed it when we go back next week if we had the time.

Property was perfect fit for our group. Loved looking out from the balcony to see the pool and ocean. Owners were very responsive.

Wonderful property, beautifully decorated and very clean, bed was very comfortable. Traffic was a little hectic at times leaving the condo but it’s a very busy boulevard. Very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

Great location & great place!

The location is great. Convenient to everything you would need. The building is older but the room has been recently updated. Furniture and decorations were nice. The air conditioner is LOUD and located in a cabinet in the kitchen. There was a board wedge against the AC to try to reduce the vibration but it could be heard throughout the unit. Temps were in the mid to high 80’s outside during our stay and the AC was never able to get it below 76 inside at night and it would climb during the day. The battery in the only smoke detector also went out so that started beeping around midnight. Overall it was nice, just some concerns with how well utilities are maintained.

Property manager communicated everything perfectly from beginning to the end of the trip. Property was clean and a great location right on the beach.
