This was the perfect condo for my boyfriend and I. Right on the beach and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. We were nervous about being right above the pool, but with the doors closed we didn’t hear a thing. Overall, a great stay!

The unit itself could use a few upgrades. New towels would especially be nice. Also extra (and upgraded) bedding is definitely needed. Kitchen is well stocked. I would recommend the complex but maybe not this particular unit.

We loved being right on the beach. Great location with everything you can think of right in the area. Condo listing has check in as 3 pm but when we arrived we were told check in was not until 4-5 pm. They were cleaning the unit when we arrived and said they were mopping their way out the door. We went right up and it was not wet and didn’t looked like it had been mopped. Overall great place and we would stay again.

We have been to Sun Swept four the last four years and have had no issues. Grate place to stay and relax on the beach.

Reviewer Comments: We had ask NOT to be on the 2nd floor due to the noise, etc. We were told NO that was the ONLY room they had...booked 4 months ago. We were unable to sit out on the balcony or leave our sliding doors open to hear the ocean due to excessive smoke from people right under our room at the pool. Also, constant loud talking and noise from outside. WORST of all the A/C unit was 3 ft from our bed and sounded like a train going thru the room all nite. We were unable to sit out and read, talk, or just enjoy the view due to these factors. We will not stay there again. The outside of the front of the property looks like a maintainance area. Never again. Way too pricy to have to come home to rest!!!!
