Location was great and we could walk to shopping or eat. Great vacation for our granddaughters,they loved the beach.Only recommendations my husband and son would loved an Keurig coffee machine. Relizing we had coffee pot. (Maybe a little Spoiled) We have no complaints. Would come back to the same room again.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location! The place is small with a fair amount of wear and tear. The TV does not work. Most outlets in the condo do not work and only one in the front bedroom is working. The front bedroom is very hot while the remainder of the condo is cool. Condo has well equipped kitchen. We had 6 towels, 2 hand towels, and 3 wash clothes. That is disappointing. Overall it was a last minute booking in a good location.

Staff are extremely nice and welcoming. This is our 3rd time staying with them. It has now became my family’s go to when going to Orange Beach. Already counting the day to when we can go back.

It was super close to beach. everything was clean, check in was super simple and easy to understandCons: second bedroom stayed warm, it would not cool down, Unit was pretty small - 1 adult and 3 kids and space was pretty tight. Bathrooms are small. Bed were not the most comfortable but did the job

We came every year when our grandchildren were very little and always stayed here in one condo unit or another. After spending winter vacations in Florida, we decided we needed to come back to our favorite place. Right here in Sweet Home Alabama, at Sunswept. It’s special to have the property management team right here on site. We stayed in Unit 203. Very clean, nicely furnished and perfect on the second floor. Fantastic view of the beach and surf as we ate all our meals on the balcony.
