It’s perfectly located. Close to so many things. Plus it’s peaceful. My next favorite part is that it is a smaller condo that’s family friendly. Many young families as well as seniors enjoy coming year after year. The building is older but it’s very well maintained. Housekeeping does a great job. Office staff is very kind and helpful. You can’t beat Sunswept

Mrs Judy in the office is very nice. We will be back!

The listing didn’t mention the essentials we would need. One dishwasher detergent and one laundry detergent, provided, wasn’t quite enough to make the week. Only 2 dish/drying towels. One toilet paper roll per bathroom for 6 people for a week was cutting close. No extras in the house. It worked but had to carefully watch our usage.

We enjoyed a short sandy walk to the Gulf, a brief jaunt across the street for shopping, and our car parked at our front door. Hospitality and necessary problem-solving exhibited from the office by Cheri and Murray was appreciated. The two-bedroom was very livable. The kitchen, however, could use replenishing for both cook-ware and dining-ware. The second bathroom needs updates and improvements before we return next year. The unit 107 offered us the most satisfactory living unit in SunSwept!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented 705 for 3 nights. In very poor condition. Broken appliances, poorly stocked kitchen. On the second night, water was leaking from the bdrm ceiling. We had to move at 11PM. The second condo was nice but on the first floor. Never would've rented it. The main reason we wanted a condo directly on the beach was for the balcony to see the waves and water. The condo we got put in was by the pool with a group playing loud music all day. We were never offered compensation for the inconvenience of moving at 11PM. I called the office and asked if we could get a discount if we stayed there again in the spring. The woman said she would have to talk to the manager. That was 2 days ago and have not heard back from her.
