This condo has the largest 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom floorplan located in the Sunstone building, boasting 1,100 square feet. There is definitely no lack of space in this condo! The spacious living room is light and bright, featuring a couch and two love seats, gas fireplace, flat screen TV with DVD player, dining area with seating for 8, large balcony overlooking the slopes and kitchen featuring granite countertops. The split floor plan has the master bedroom on one end, featuring a King bed, flatscreen TV with DVD player, private bathroom and desk with chair. The second bedroom features a King bed, set of bunk beds with two Twin beds and TV. A shared bathroom with granite countertops is located right outside the second bedroom. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This Mammoth condo sleeps a maximum of 8 people and comes with underground, heated garage parking for one vehicle (garage clearance is 8' 2"). Guests will be provided one parking pass. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. There is an elevator for garage to condo access, no stairs inside, and no smoking or pets are permitted. Please note pets are strictly prohibited per HOA policy, and no exceptions can be made. We enjoyed the roominess of this sunstone unit! Can't beat this location. Beds are comfortable, plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Improvement could be made in the kitchen - measuring spoons, salt & pepper, etc. In my experience most units have a few more basics but this kitchen was pretty sparse.
Overall this place is nice. It is a larger unit for this property type which is a bonus as some of the other 2/2 are very small. There is a newer recliner which isnt in the pictures which was nice to have. Pantry and kitchen utensils was kept to a minimum. The things that need improving would be the internet and also the TV's. The TV's in the unit are so old and tiny. No Smart TV capabilities. The internet is so slow here and also the cellular service is very spotty. There has to be a way to imrprove the coverage. There is a sunstone owners wifi network which I'm sure is faster. The TV's are old and small. They are barely usuable. There is cable but no smart TV's. Perhaps owners could buy a Roku and have it hooked up to the internet on the owners wifi for faster connection.
Our Vacation Rental was great... Super easy check in ...directions to the place perfect once we got into the garage it was easy from unloading our cart to getting up to our condo... When's in the condo we found a copy sugars on pepper a little bit of the comforts from home which were great the pool area was nice but hot tub was not running because of Covid but that's OK we made the best of all the accommodations were great thank you so much for letting us
