Sunshine - Bradenton Beach Club, Quick Walk to the Beach!

The unit was clean and nicely appointed. We particularly liked the easy access to the beach and on one if the windy days, the pool spa came in handy.

Good location just a short walk across property to beach. Condo was roomy, comfortable, clean and safe. Had everything we needed to start our stay. Location is near everything you'd need. We rented a golf cart but didn't have any issues parking it or our car as others on local forums have complained. Check in was easy, no problems and a happy, sunny week for us! Walked to sunset then back to ICW pier to see the moon as the condo is right in the center or each. Thanks for allowing us to stay!

The place was awesome, comfortable and had all amenities. We were disappointed that we were not able to check in earlier than 4pm, our flight landed at 930am, would be nice to have some flexibility with check in time. We will definitely be back.

My adult daughter and I stayed on AMI for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was excellent with pools and the beautiful beach just a short walk from our unit. The unit was well-stocked with all necessary items and more. Parking was convenient and we enjoyed being within walking distance of several great restaurant. No complaints!

The so called 3rd bedroom was a tiny fold out couch in a room about 6 by 7 feet. No room for 2 adults, and luggage. No view out the windows. They faced other buildings. Over priced, underwhelmed. Left a week early.

Great place and location. Excellent pool and hot tub. Access to their own beach across the street.Can't say enough good things about the condo and location. One of most relaxing vacations every.

My daughters (5 and 8) and I made the trip down and found this place to be as advertised. Loved the pool and how close of a walk we had to the beach

Amazing location. Less than a 2 minute walk to the beach. Very quiet condos. Lovely swimming pools. Great walk to the bay where you could watch the sunrise every morning sitting on the wooden swing seat and seeing some wonderful wildlife. The beach was super calm. Saw dolphins every day and so many manatees. Great restaurants and easy to get around the island on the trolley bus. Condo was very spacious and had everything you needed. Just would have liked some decent beach chairs and umbrellas. Only downside was the hurricane Idalia! There was a mandatory evacuation in place and had to drive inland to find accommodation for 2 days. Luckily the island wasn’t hit. Came back and had a lovely few days before coming home. Would definitely recommend ?
